N96 has restarting after 10 min until using music player or navigation or other multimedia. In service has again flash and they claim that isn't problem in software then in hardware part. They think that’s RGB chip is heating so recommend changing motherboard.
View 4 RepliesSo I just factory reset my phone due to issues with the lollipop udate, and the factory reset resolved them. The other day I went to unlock the phone, and the numbers on the unlock screen were all little white squares, weird I thought, so I reset the phone. It went to restart, got to the galaxy s5 screen and restarted again and again never getting past the gs5 screen. Tried to boot it into recovery, but same issue. I ended up just leaving it rebooting, and about 20 mins later it finally came on. 2 days ago the squares showed up again so I rebooted, and same thing.
View 1 Replies View RelatedI have an issue with permanent restarting and no service in my N5. I have bought it like this for very nice price with hope to restore it. It had CM11 with restarting and no service issues when I received it.
I decided to try hard reset and after many tries with Nexus Root Toolkit and LG Flashtool I have ended with 4.4.4. with quite "stable" performance (it is working fine for couple minutes periods between restarts).
In bootloader there is no issue with restarting so it looks like system problem to me but I am not sure...

I'm an EX iPhone user. Finally becoming fed up with my iPhone crashing, restarting on its own and taking 10+ minutes to turn back on I decided I'm done with it so a few weeks ago on eBay I ordered a used HTC Magic for Rogers(my provider). It has a broken battery cover so theres tape all over the back but that doesn't matter.What does matter is that every time I try to connect it with the MacBook Pro it connects just fine for about 1 minute then it disconnects so I'm either JUST getting one song finished uploading on the Magic or it fails when its just about finished. I tried restarting the Mac and the Magic and nothing is working.This is a huge problem for me because to play music was the whole reason I bought this phone because my iPhone would keep restarting while I was driving around and left me with nothing to listen to for around 10 minutes and now on this HTC Magic I cant even get songs on the thing so I'm yet to try and play them in the car still.

It works for 1 or 2 minutes and then it stops working for 2 or 3 minutes, this is a loop ! if I don't use for a couple of hours it will work more, about 15 minutes and then stops working !!! whats wrong with may iphone, which part is damaged ?:(( when touch screen stops working, all keys work correctly, home key & others )

I can't turn on the phone because the phone stacks in a blank Nokia logo and then turns off. When I try to connect in the PC nothing happens and when I try to put the battery into the device. it turns on by itself and restarting sevaral times. I dont know what kind of problem I am facing.
View 4 Replies View RelatedI just got an e63 and for the most part, it's a great phone and I love it. However, when I am at home.. it constantly freezes while I compose a text and then restarts. That, or it just restarts over and over while I am not even touching it.I keep trying to hard reset it.. so I type in that code and it says "requesting..." and then says "request not complete".It's weird because the ONLY time it acts this way.. is when I'm at home.. any other place, it's perfectly fine. Has anyone else had this problem and if so, how did you fix it?
View 6 Replies View RelatedI tried a lot of methods to solve this problem (restart, reflash, hard and soft reset, run it without memory card, put papers near the battery, changed some settings..) - anything doesn't work for me. I know that on net are a lot of topics like this one, but i think i tried all recommended solutions to solve it.. I updated my 5800XM to v50 firmware, after it was done, i started it and i enjoyed the KS, music player etc.. But after a while (like 3-4mins) my phone restarts (restart without needed to insert PIN code). I said, it's ok. But now it restarts every 3-4 mins. I found the solution - when the screen is not lighting (sleeping), it wouldn't restart. But i need to work with it, so this is useless.. Any help please?

So after many trials I make 4-key phone memory format so the phone restart and I was too much happy but I lost the contacts as it is stored in the phone memory in addition to all my exchange email and nokia email, so I was having back up so I connect it to PC Suit and I restore the contacts from my nokia back but after finishing it was asking for restart and the crises happened again and same previous, stopping at nokia screen then restart restart restart.So again I make phone memory and I using synchronization between my mobile and outlook to return my contacts and I don't know what will happened if I restart my phone.
I don't know what to do as my phone warranty is one year and nokia care will not accept to check it and I don't think that there is qualified shop can repair such this type of problems.IM too much disappointed from nokia and I feel that these type of mobiles designed to work for one year only and if you ask help from nokia care after one year they will not accept.

Even then it keeps restarting all the time. I am a regular Nokia Mobile phone user for many years with varieties of Nokia Phones, but this phone really made me desperate. When I goto the salesman, he asked me to goto service centre. And it started eating lot of my time running behing this problem between service centre and shop. Service centre says they can't do anything on this restart problem. I paid almost 8000 Indian rupees for this phone. Local chinese mobiles abailable in market are found more reliable atleast for the first fre years.

my n900 restarts everytime it goes to sleep wether it times out or i use the slide lock thing, i have flashed the firmware with the newest and the oldest ones using the NSU and the flasher util, I have also flashed the emmc.The code when using terminal with cat /proc/bootreason is 32wd_to everytime. The only time it doesnt reboot is when I have media player open playing a song in which case it work as it is suppoed to. I can use the device for hours without a reboot aslong as I dont let it go to sleep.
View 5 Replies View Relatedthe phone keeps restarting itself (it is now up to 5 times a day if not more!!!), and at night it even turns itself off (I mean I wake up in the morning and the phone is off). The other bug is that I cannot exit applications through the "open apps" menu (which is accessed by long-pressing the menu button). When I try to exit an application through there the phone crashes.
I did hard reset, soft reset, formatted E drive (each of those several times btw) and none of this helped. I took it to the nokia care center (the only one in Israel BTW!) and they said that they've never heard of those problems and it shouldn't happen, so they reinstalled my firmware. After that didn't work, I came back to them and they tried reinstalling the firmware again (they thought something maybe went wrong last time) and that didn't work either................
I updated my Nokia C7-00 to Belle update on 9th Feb, 2012 and i have been having some damn serous trouble with it, despite of a huge waiting time for it's arrival, it was said that Nokia is trying to make it as flawless as possible, but i don't get the thing that why is my C7-00 re-starting so often, i.e every minute or two, i have FLASHED to original C7-00 4 times, can you imagine 4 times FLASHED.I am damn not happy to what's going on, as soon as i start to open 3-4 apps, phone just gives up and goes back to it's restart and comes back to main home screen.Specially when i open apps like QuickOffice Pro, Adobe Reader etc...
I am at all not happy with what's going on, and want Nokia to address it's restart issues by the end of the Feb atmost, otherwise i have no option other than to trash it. Extra Apps Installed on Device by me Opera Mobile, cuteTue, fMobi, Mr. Applock, Fruit Ninja, Swype And, 1 more thing everytime the device is restarted it loses all it's configuration of the single, contacts image display on the homescreen, single and multiple favourites contacts get lost from the screen, and i have to re-add them manually.
I have a Nokia E6, i installed the Kaspersky mobile anti virus and was using the trial version. After the trial period got over i purchased a new license and uninstalled the trial version. I installed fresh copy of Kaspersky and now my phone keeps restarting within 15 seconds of swichting on. this goes on for about 3-4 times and then the phone just not start.

When I am browsing through my contacts or going through my sms, all of sudden the screen goes white and the NOKIA logo comes and it restarts. Did a installation of firmware and hardreset too.I took it to Nokia Singapore and they kept the phone for a few hours and said the problem is solved. The problem still continues and Nokia Singapore cannot help me further.Also I cannot install Nokia OVI Application on my E7, it dowloads the file then says installation failed.

I started playing a song but was unable 2 hear anything and it restarted automatically. I tried inserting it fully but it didnt work out until my brother showed me. I did this thrice and the phone restarted thrice. Now it goes fully into the jack. So is there a problem with my phone or is it normal coz now i can insert it fully and listen 2 my music clearly.

Yesterday i started using it with my sim card and it kept restarting itself. My version is v50 and i have already tried hard and soft reset. Also no problem with memory card. I tried my friends sim on my phone and still same problem.my apps are from ovi store . On offline mode it works fine but when i start to use sim card it reboots in 3 minutes. Any ideas before a nokia care center?

Before I installed the update, I did a back up of my phone contents. Now, after the update I can't restore the backup because the phone keeps restarting. My Ovi Suite is the latest version (v2.1.1.1). Is this a known issue and when will Nokia be releasing a patch for this update to fix the issue?

I am able to connect through bluetooth & also previously I had worked using the usb cable.I dont think its a hardware problem.
