Galaxy S5 :: Restarting For 20 Minutes Before Successfully Powering On
Jul 1, 2015
So I just factory reset my phone due to issues with the lollipop udate, and the factory reset resolved them. The other day I went to unlock the phone, and the numbers on the unlock screen were all little white squares, weird I thought, so I reset the phone. It went to restart, got to the galaxy s5 screen and restarted again and again never getting past the gs5 screen. Tried to boot it into recovery, but same issue. I ended up just leaving it rebooting, and about 20 mins later it finally came on. 2 days ago the squares showed up again so I rebooted, and same thing.
N96 has restarting after 10 min until using music player or navigation or other multimedia. In service has again flash and they claim that isn't problem in software then in hardware part. They think that’s RGB chip is heating so recommend changing motherboard.
I have an issue with permanent restarting and no service in my N5. I have bought it like this for very nice price with hope to restore it. It had CM11 with restarting and no service issues when I received it.
I decided to try hard reset and after many tries with Nexus Root Toolkit and LG Flashtool I have ended with 4.4.4. with quite "stable" performance (it is working fine for couple minutes periods between restarts).
In bootloader there is no issue with restarting so it looks like system problem to me but I am not sure...
I'm an EX iPhone user. Finally becoming fed up with my iPhone crashing, restarting on its own and taking 10+ minutes to turn back on I decided I'm done with it so a few weeks ago on eBay I ordered a used HTC Magic for Rogers(my provider). It has a broken battery cover so theres tape all over the back but that doesn't matter. What does matter is that every time I try to connect it with the MacBook Pro it connects just fine for about 1 minute then it disconnects so I'm either JUST getting one song finished uploading on the Magic or it fails when its just about finished. I tried restarting the Mac and the Magic and nothing is working. This is a huge problem for me because to play music was the whole reason I bought this phone because my iPhone would keep restarting while I was driving around and left me with nothing to listen to for around 10 minutes and now on this HTC Magic I cant even get songs on the thing so I'm yet to try and play them in the car still.
No sim on my iphone 4 status bar, works fine for few minutes after re-inserting SIMÂ or restarting phone, but after a certain time reverts back to same situation, updated software still no respite.
I have a problem with my touch screen. It works for 1 or 2 minutes and then it stops working for 2 or 3 minutes, this is a loop ! if I don't use for a couple of hours it will work more, about 15 minutes and then stops working !!! whats wrong with may iphone, which part is damaged ?:(( when touch screen stops working, all keys work correctly, home key & others )
i have a problem my s6 keep restarting without reason.i flashed new version but still no change .everytime the galaxy s6 logo apeers and than restaring and restarting..
Sometimes my SAMSUNG GALAXY SII, due to battery discharge, turns off. After getting turned off it dosen't gets restarted. Even if i plug in the charging cable it dosen't restart. I kept it charging for 3hrs but no change. While charging i get a battery symbol with an exclamation symbol at bottom of the battery symbol(picture attached).Suddenly after 7-8hrs if i try restarting it it restarts.
I just got an s6 this week and since I've had it the screen will freeze and be unresponsive about every 5-15 minutes. I can get it to work again by going to the lock screen. I'm not sure whether this is something I could fix with a reset or maybe some sort of phone setting, I suspect my phone is faulty. I have restarted it with no change.
My cell phone Samsung 6 . Every 2 minutes notification sound. How do I get rid of it. I turned off all apps in my cell phone including putting in vibration and it is going off. What should I do to make it stop?
Question - My phone was about to die, it was at 2% battery before going to bed. So, I just turned it off. After I woke up I decided to charge it..I stepped out for literally 3 to 4 minutes..and came back and quickly turned my phone on. I didn't quite notice at what percent it was at, at that point (I assumed it didn't really charge much at all because I literally just started charging it). Once I turned it on, I noticed how it was charged up to 45%? How did that happen? I
I charged it fully to 100%..but it took me around 45 mins to an hr for it to get from 45% battery to 100%...but, how did it reach 45% in charging in literally 3 minutes the way I described above?
For the past week my phone has been randomly restarting itself. It is updated to the current version. I've never had any problems with it before, and I would have ignored it but it seems to be happening at least once a day.
I have had my galaxy S5 since April (a couple weeks after it was released) My phone has worked flawlessly until mid august.. it has been having this bad habit of restarting it self when I am using it...
Things I have done > Factory Reset: I did a factory reset and while I was uploading contacts through kies it restarted.I have used another launcher: it still restarted while I was web browsing. ( did not download any apps for a couple days and problem still persisted randomly due to web browsing) Turned off Google Sync: It seemed to have solved the problem because it did not restart for like 2 days, but while using Pandora it lagged the music and it ended up restarting again.Cleared the cache/cookies: did nothing and still randomly restarted. Removed all facebook applications: problem still persist after a while of use.
This may be a coincidence but ever since I updated to Android 2.3.5 my phone will randomly re-start itself. It definitely didn't happen before. So for example the screen will be locked, nothing happening with the phone, good battery life, (e.g. overnight) and it will suddenly re-boot. It's doubly annoying because I have a PIN SIM so it's stuck at the PIN screen, without network coverage, until I discover it and log back in. My carrier is O2 (UK) but I don't think they're at fault, it's a 2 year old SIM without any previous problems.
So this just started today. I just unplugged my S6 from my charger, after charging it from heavy usage a few hours ago. I boot it up, and a minute later I notice that my battery has dropped by 2%. A few seconds pass and now the device was at 97%. I was puzzled and was wondering if my battery life was getting bad.
im having difficulty with this iphone 4s. It wont startup successfully. it only hangs up until the APPLE sign appears with black background and nothing happens after. I tried simultaneously holding the sleep wake button and the home button yet still the same, nothings happen. I tried connecting iphone with itunes but an error occured stating " itunes could not connect to the ipjone because it is locked with a passcode. you must enter your passcode on the iphone before it can be ujsed with itune", but how can i put the passcode if the phone wont start until it requires passcode?
I have tried downloading and updating my iPhone 4 with the new iOS 5.1.1 update, but after waiting about 11 minutes a message pops up saying the network connection timed out. This message appeaers once the 11 mintues are done. I do all of this on my laptop and the connection is very strong. So what should I do to make the update not time out?
A short time ago i upgraded to firmware I9100BUKI1 and today i tried to use Bluetooth for the first time since then to send a file. When the sending was half finished the phone restarted and then it kept restarting once a minute (basically right after turning on).So i turned it off completely and then turned it back on and it seems to be fine. But if i try to turn on Bluetooth the same thing repeats
I'm having troubles with my WiFi connection. After connecting it works for about 15 minutes then while browsing the net the bar will stop and the page won't load. After that nothing will connect. Mobile data works fine. I've tried turning off phone and turning back on, as well as "forgetting" router and then reconnecting.
I log into a secure site for work and use it heavily all day long. The session timeout has been set for 4 hours so we only need to login a couple times a day. Granted if I close the browser it will log me out after a few minutes. So I could have no activity and still be logged in even if several hours pass.
On my S6 it will log me out within a few minutes of no activity. I have tried Chrome, android browser and now Firefox. Firefox is marginally better then the others.
I have a galaxy s5, set the notification noise for text to repeat every 2 minutes, its not doing it though. When I get a text it just makes the noise once, thats it .Why and how to change this?
How can I verify that my iPhone 3G has been successfully unlocked. I followed the instructions that my service provider gave me when my contract expired with them. Is there another way of finding out other than putting a new providers sim card into my phone?
I tried to back up to my computer, to another computer (Both running windows) , tried to backup to icloud through the computers or through wifi, and none is successful .
When I enter the setting , usage, manage storage under ICLOUD and choose my phone (which was never backup) , there are backup options , however this is keep processing with no result.
