I am unable to get any apps from the OVI store using my N95 8GB phone with the latest firmware that the OVI desktop could install on my phone. When I visit store.ovi.mobi on my phone it tells me that the device is currently not supported on the site... Whats going on with that? http://errr-online.com

I've downloaded apps via the store before, however I was having trouble with MobileTag.It says "Downloading 0%" and hasn't changed.
I tried clicking Cancel and then Download. I have also tried exiting the Store and trying again.I went to store.ovi.com and it shows MobileTag as Downloaded even though it hasn't and I can't re-download it.

I received email confirmation on both Apple IDs I used, however, my store (Oak Brook, IL) does not show my reservation on the main website, but does confirm my reservation on the iPhone App? View 6 Replies View RelatedSo I come home today to see four emails from PayPal from the four payments that have been made using my App Store account, totaling $449.95. I call Apple immediately and after being on hold for nearly 50 minutes with them trying to figure this out, I'm told my App Store account is going to be closed and that they cannot reverse the charges, so I need to file a dispute with my bank (or in my case, PayPal).
I called PayPal and they did not sound very confident in me getting my money back and said Apple should be the one reversing the charges. They guided me through filing a dispute on the charges and said that is the best they can do.
Am I screwed out of my money? Here is a screenshot of what the charges were made for (there is another $49.99 charge that is not showing up here, but appears in my PayPal account history):

so yes nokia is getting us new things at the ovi store, the games that we saw on Internet ?? , voice maps app ? ..... who knows maybe flash player 10.1 ? i like it how i can overclock the n900 from 600 mhz to 1000 mhz in less than 30 sec.

As the the title states, when I press buy button in Ovi store it shows "Server error, we are experiencing problems with the payment service. You will be taken back to the catalog page." It occurs to all apps not specific app. The price shows correctly in local currency. I still didn't enter any card number. I've contacted Nokia call center which they received the issue with no response and solution for more than 1 week.

View 2 Replies View RelatedWhen in college I connect to an open wifi network via a proxy. I then must use the web browser to validate a username and password to browse. This all works no problem if I want to view websites, however if i want to use the OVI store or Fring I must close the web browser so that they can connect and thus lose my validation settings-is there any way around this?
Again the network itself is open with no encryption, the log on is via web browser.
I'm also having 'No Gateway Reply' error when using an open ad-hoc network at home, but that's another problem for another post!
Bought an 8GB memory card in order to keep phone memory trelatively free. Images etc no problem but cannot seem to get the maps or e-mails onto the memory stick. Where are the settings for these hidden? Particularly the maps as they seem to take up LOADS of room!

However, a similar icon already comes with the new firmware, so I have two identical icons for OVI store. I have tried to remove one of the them with no success. Does anybody know a way to remove one icon or avoid this situation?

At first my Ovi store worked fine, but now when i try to use ovi store i get an "application initialization error”. So I restored the phone back to factory settings and tried again, but now when i try to download and install Ovi Store again, it says "Secure widget UI: Feature not supported" right after I install the program. If I try to open Ovi Store, it just jumps back to the menu without any other notifications.
