i am using Nokia n79 it was working well and everything was normal when suddenly the web browser stopped working..whenever i open the default web browser it shuts down immediately after i enter a link....i am not able to browse properly.
This gets resolved after i turn the phone off and on but i don't want to keep doing that. When i click a link or open web browser, it opens for a few seconds then shuts down. Other browsers like skyfire work fine and other apps open fine. I have 38MB C: memory left and only have nokia messaging and memory up pro open. Any idea how to resolve this?
I recently updated to belle fp2 and got the new nokia browser...i worked just fine for somedays but now when i launch the browser it doesnt load any website and quits automatically......i tried reinstalling the os from nokia suite it didnt help.....red all d cache nd history as fast as possible before the app killed itself
i have nokia 701. My phone web browser is not working. Net is working in other browsers like opera and uc browser. it's a big problum for me i can't watch online videos and i can't access some software.
When i opened my nokia browser it said that "UPDATE IS AVAILABLE" so i updated it.But after update was complete it told mt that "SOFTWARE NOT SUPPORTED"The again i tried to open the browser but it wont open. Now i can't surf the internet since the other java browser like opera also doesn't work.

this browser is said to be good at Internet videos on the symbian phones. well i got my hands on it.... and was disappointed! yes, the actual Internet looks great, but it lags very much. it's like, i have to wait for about 30 seconds for the video to pause after i press the pause button. it seems the video area is almost non responsive and the video itself lags.is this normal or am i missing something?
After update to 11.56 my internet browser is no longer starting in Asha 200 phone, Store application quits when loading. Tried factory reset and reinstall 11.56 options. No use, browser is not working at all, Store quits on load, so it's not working too.

My E75 built-in browser is not working. After I open the "Web" tab it gives the list of bookmars, but as soon as I press left soft key it either exits back to the menu. And the other web-related icons (Download!, Files on Ovi; Software Update) don't work. Moreover, Download! reports "Unrecoverable error".
It started on 201.12.01 firmware, thought that update would help. 202.12.01 brought no changes.Factory reset wasn't helpful too. Tried uninstalling Opera mobile 10 beta, changing language, also - no changes.
For the past couple of days, I've been unable to use my BB's Browser or GPS functions. Whenever I try to connect to the BB Browser, I get a timeout error. None of my bookmarks are able to connect either. I've tried switching between the different settings in browser configuration settings (BIS, hotspot, wifi, IE, Firefox, etc) to no avail. I also have a wifi set up at home and even though it was working flawlessly a couple of days ago, it will no longer connect to any wifi. In addition, the GPS function is not working on any of the apps that use GPS (Both BB and Google maps, weatherbug, poynt).
Here's the kicker: Everything else is working great. I'm getting all of my emails from all of the emails I have configured with the device (my work email through the BES, forwarded from a comcast address, and from my *@vzw.blackberry.net address) and all of my apps seem to be working fine. I've got facebook, ubertwitter, ebay, weatherbug, poynt, and a couple of others and they're all able to update wirelessly.
I've tried going through a new enterprise activation, I've updated everything through the desktop manager, and I've re-registered the device on the network. I'm iffy on whether I've actually pushed all of the service books to the device again because I can't login here: https://bis.na.blackberry.com/html?brand=vzw. Whenever I try to, it tells me I have use my device's BIS. Well, that's my problem. I can't use my device's BIS. Also, I have one WiFi host routing table and about a hundred Verizon host routing tables. I'm not sure which ones I should delete, as I've read, in order to get it download a new one.
The only thing I've really noted that appears to be a problem is that when I go to Options -> Status, the device's IP Address is 0.0.0.0. I'm not sure if that is supposed to be like that or not. I know from regular internet usage on a desktop, if you don't have an ip address on the network, you can't get on the internet. Does that ring true for the BB as well?

My blackberry browser is not behaving properly. It all started a few months ago, I dont know the exact month or day but it's been a while now. When I use the browser, the blue bar at the bottom will progress very slowly and get to the end but no page will actually load. Resetting the phone will, as I said, result in a temporary fix but I am now growing tired of this re-occurance and would like to seek out a permanent fix. I have also re-sent service books, to no avail.
So I recently received an unlocked Blackberry Storm from a friend. I previously owned a Blackberry Pearl and I was able to use BBM and get on the internet.
Why doesn't the browser and BBM work with my new Storm? Do I need to contact Fido so that they can put the Storm's pin in their system or something? I'm not that good with this stuff but that seems like a possibility Is there a setting I need to change? My SIM card is in there and working fine but I just cannot get BBM or the Browser to work
I have a verizon blackberry on tmobile. I can do everything except use the browser. i receive emails, texts, calls, bbm, everything but i try going on the internet and it says that the service isnt part of my current plan. I've already called tmobile several times and they said that everything is good on their end.
My BBM and browsing has stopped working. The phone is no longer turning to EDGE in capitals. I have a package throiugh my network provider which is operational but the phone will not change. I took it to my network providers shop who said everything on the sim card is working fine and thinks it must be a problem with the phone, he tried everything he could but nothing could be done.
my blackberry has worked fine in the couple of months i have had it, however a few weeks ago the browser and bbm completely stopped working. i took the battery and sim out and then when i put them back in it worked fine again.a few days ago the same thing happened, i tried taking the sim out again and it didnt work, have done it a few times. i rang o2 and they suggested putting it on to manual network and try connecting again, have also done this a few times and it still hasnt worked. i have the right plan and pay to get unlimited browsing, it usually is fine but stopped working randomly.
