I have a problm logging into Facebook chat through the ONLINE option in messaging tab.It is showing a message "no online contacts".I did switch on Facebook chat in settings. I also have integrated Facebook account.

View 1 Replies View RelatedOVI "my selections" (or my stuff, whatever the name in Engish) is showing some of the SW I downloaded, but not all of them. In particular, most of the games I downloaded for free in July to NOkia special offer (Summer gaming or stg like that) are not showing up, neither on the phone, nor on the website.
Weird enough, if I have ovi store up&running on the phone and if I go to each of these game in ovi store, it says "installed" and "launch" and if I launch (it works) then look back in ovi store, it appears in Mu Selection list. But as soon as I step out ovi and get back again, it does not show anymore..
Is it normal behavior ? (weird..) In case I want to temporarily uninstall or if I need to do hard reset of phone) some of these games that I got for free to "July only" offer, does it mean I won't be able to download them for free again ?
NB: I tried to uninstall OVI store, but got the "uninstalled cancelled" message.. I updated to Anna last week, but I can't remember if all apps were showing in my selection beforehands.
I m fed up with my Nokia N8 New Anna Symbian Software as after updating to it, i m unable to use Ovi Store. It gets stucks on My Stuff Page..... I gave my N8 to nokia care 3 times regarding this problem, each time they format it. Reinstall Anna and Ovi. But still the same problem. Infact I deleted my Ovi Account 3 times and made a new one 4th time.... I thought may be this problem is because of that, as i have download History in those account. I Have tried all possible Tricks and Methods posted on This Nokia Support Forum. I have tried the Following Tricks and methods:
1. Reinstalling Anna and Ovi.
2. Istalling Ovi Store manually by unsinstalling it.
3. Updating Ovi Store form version 2.12.042 to 2.12.043
4. Manually Installing all QT files.
5. Deleted my 3 Ovi Account and created 4th Account.
But still the same problem. M trying these all since last 5 days continuously...
When I do write an SMS to someone I clearly see her name but I get the reply on another thread with the phone number instead of hear name so 2 problem here, why another thread and why the phone number rather the name. Same thing when someone send me an SMS I do receive it as a number rather then the name and when I do reply it creates a new thread with the name of the person.

I cannot download or log in. Everything else is working just great its just the store which is starting to prove troublesome. I can access the store with the same user account on my computer.. Its just from my phone..
how are you supposed to watch videos on the lumia 920?every website i go on, is unable to play the video, because of lack of flash.i cant even watch Internet anymore. i just get sent to the app store, where obviously there are no apps, as no one makes apps for wp8. this smartphone isn't acting very smart at all. it was too much to expect all websites to use html5 seeing how a only a very small handful are using it.why cant the previous version be added included so videos can actually be watched. especially seeing how it will be years before every website upgrades to html5.

View 4 Replies View RelatedI just got a Nokia Lumia 710, but I am having problems using Facebook Chat in it ( The one integrated with messaging). I have setup windows live and facebook to connect with each other and also imported contacts from facebook into windows messenger. I have turned facebook chat on, synchronized both windows live and facebook accounts on my Lumia, but still when I go to online option in "messaging" it says "No one's online" even when there are actually friends online. It does not show a 500 error or something else, it just says no one's online and doesnt update at all. The consequence of the above is that I cant send chat messages from my phone to facebook chat.

View 2 Replies View RelatedIts now the second time that ovi sync online duplicated every contact in my mobile (but not in ovi sync online). it doesnt double the contacts every time it syncs again, but with that problem the phone (C6) becomes unusable because the OS doesnt tell you who is calling (it doesnt relate the numbers to the contacts). its far not the only problem with this buggy mobile (C6), but its an annoying one.. I still have 2 contact entries of every person in my phone - but NOT in ovi sync online!

I have noticed that most of the contact changes I make in the web interface (like adding an email address) are not synced to the phone. Today I added 4 new contacts in the web then synced several times, and just one was copied to the phone. The sync registry in the phone showed correctly that just one contact had been added to the phone. The phone is a Nokia E51 and I am syncing over WiFi.

Before reinstallation I always used sync contact through ovi store but never tried to take backup, but know I am not able to found my lost contact anywhere. View 4 Replies View RelatedCant understand why the backup to PC of vital Lumia phone information such as contacts, calendar and messges can not be easily and quickly achieved as with the Nokia suite and N8. I believe it is synced automatically to Sky-drive but I cannot find evidence of this. I would like to have control of this data for easy retrieval and stored on my PC. Windows phone software on my PC is sub standard in comparison with Nokia Suite. It is clunky, contacts cannot be backed up, photos have no picture reference when transferred and the overall Windows Phone software on my PC is second rate in contrast to the Windows Phone 8 phone experience. Can anyone enlighten me on how I can easily copy my contacts to PC. No problem getting contacts into the phone. Just unclear on how to get a copy of them out.

and on settings mobile operator is "23430" I have a UK T-Mobile Sim - so it should probably say "EE" now its merged with orange.That said everything works re calls/data.
