" Connection error, Can't connect to your phone.Disconnect it, restart it, then try connecting again."I have tried all possible solutions.I try every steps suggested in that link.htmand also that link I could do the Certificate steps cause when I open certmgr.msc I don't see anywhere the Zune certificate.

The only disappointing thing is, when I open the diagnostic tool and it reads the Battery stats, the read "Total capacity" is not constant, its moving between 1250 mAh-1350 mAh randomly. Jul 19, 2012I received notification of the most recent firmware update, so inevitably I chose to upgrade. I connected it to my computer and ran the update and things seemed fine until I tried to text somebody and it would kick me back to the main messages menu, or if I would try responding to an email, it would kick me back to the email menu. I even tried turning on wi-fi and it would again just kick me back to settings>system.I tried chatting with support this morning and I was told to try resetting my phone via Zune. I tried this and received an error during the reset process while doing so -> 801812E0. My IMEI is XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. My current software version shows up as "Unexpected Data Value"?

Dec 17, 2012Proximity sensor in my lumia 920 turns the screen off even when i am holding the phone in my hand and am looking at it. It should turn it off only when I hold it up against my ear.This is verry annoying as I cannot get to the incall screen at all, not even to disconnect the call. Next, i wanted to update my Maps platform, because this firmware still has the classic Nokia Maps 2.0, and the Ovi Map Loader says i need to update to Ovi Maps 3.0 in order to download the maps. So, I installed the Nokia Maps Updater 1.0.12 (the latest, i suppose. i've just downloaded from the nokia website), I exited the Ovi Suite, started the Maps Updater, and i get this error: "Cannot get enough information about the phone [3].Unspecified error [1]." Tried it on a friend's E51 and same error.

Jan 31, 2010I've had my N95 for about 18 months now. I don't use a lot of the things on it, but one I do use is the alarm clock to get me out of bed in time for work. I like to have a bit of "coming around" time so I usually have a few snoozes before getting up. I generally switch the phone off at night so I don't get woken by text messages and calls.This has worked fine since I got the phone.However, this week I upgraded to the new software and since then I've had the following problem -When the alarm goes off and I press snooze (which makes the phone switch off again)the alarm doesn't come on after 5 minutes. However, once I turn the phone on the snooze alarm immediately comes on even if this is 10 minutes after it should have.
I tried the following test to try to replicate it once I had got to work. With the phone on, set the alarm for a few minutes in the future, then snooze - works fine. With the phone off do the same - works fine.
So it appears that this problem either happens when the alarm is for the following day or when the phone has been off for some time.Has anyone else found this and does anyone have any suggestions of how it could be resolved?
