I have recently purchased a E63 in India. My earlier model was 9500 Communicator. I have transferred all the data from 9500 to E63 and all files etc. are opening properly, except files in the folder 'My Documents' which are 'Word' or 'Excel' files.
Whenever I try to open the file it says "File Format Not Supported".
Currently Zune supports only mp4 format.Zune cant able to sync other video formats.Even the files cant be downloaded from Internet Explorer.I contacted nokia. They said Phone will support all these formats. there is no way to import such video formats into phone. Then, how can i play? When i download video, it simply plays. But cant able to download into phone.

I'm not able to transfer songs from my friends mobile through Bluetooth, then tried to download mp3 songs via email which friend had sent, it said this format is not supported. I tried to get into nokia.com/music to download the song, my mobile name is not listed in the list which nokia has in their website. How to upload the music into my lumia 710...
I have a noia lumia 710, and whenever I connect my windows phone , zune opens but then an error message prompts. " Connection error, Can't connect to your phone.Disconnect it, restart it, then try connecting again."I have tried all possible solutions.I try every steps suggested in that link.htmand also that link I could do the Certificate steps cause when I open certmgr.msc I don't see anywhere the Zune certificate.
I am having Bluetooth compatibility issues with my new Lumia 800. In 2011 Subaru Forester I am able to connect the phone and play music, but when I turn the car off and then on again it does not connect automatically like my iPhone does. In my 2012 Toyota Camry I am not even able to get the Lumia to connect to the stereo when my Blackberry has no issues with it.Is this is a Nokia issue or Windows Phone issue? Also, will these issues be addressed in future updates?
just having probs with bluetooth, it is on and visible, and paired with the wifes phone, but every time she trys to send my a pic ect, we match codes, then it says not supported on other phone, tryed the daughters too, just the same
I am wondering if there is a way for bluetooth DUN mode? I have it enabled over USB cable, but I would like to use it over Bluetooth. All of the phones specifications say DUN is a supported Bluetooth profile, but it is not in the list anywhere. I can live with plugging it in, but it would be so much easier to do it over Bluetooth.
I can't connect via bluetooth my Nokia 5800 (last firmware v50) to nokia ovi suite 2.2.0.245. In event log from Windows 7, I get the following errors: 06/08/2010 08:20:37 (OviSuite) - ERROR - DAL_Plugin_PCCS, Thread GUI, Line 168, .ApplicationDalPccsServiceMediaManagement.cpp, DalPccsServiceMediaManagement::GetBluetoothStacks(): Failed to obtain media information, return value: 80040154 06/08/2010 08:20:37 (OviSuite) - ERROR - DAL_Plugin_PCCS, Thread GUI, Line 268, .ApplicationDalPccsServiceMediaManagement.cpp, DalPccsServiceMediaManagement::GetUSBDevices(): Failed to obtain media information, return value: 80040154 I've reinstalled several times. The last time I uninstalled previous version completely (with revo uninstaller), restarting and installing again, but nothing. I'm still with the same problem.
So my iPhone keeps telling me that "charging is not supported with this accessory", the problem is that I don't have anything plugged into it. It flashes on and off but really annoying when I'm trying to do stuff on my phone. Anyone have this problem before or know how to fix it?
This error message apperas when i try and charge my phone evwn when trying another i phone charger. I have re-set this but it still appreas occassionally. What is wrong with my phone?
I have been trying to unlock my Iphone 4, called the operator(Vodafone Spain), they told me that its all fine, but every time when I try to restore it with the new SIM in it, it wont work, it keeps showing the error message(SIM not supported). What can I do?
I have a nokia E7, which for the most part have been good. Most of the issues i have had with it have been PICNIP's, but now, it's starting to bug me. Some time ago, when the phone was about 6 weeks old, it developed what i assumed to be a hardware bug. No matter what i plugged into the USB port, it told me "USB-device not supported. Remove the unit" and if I press ok it says "error in the USB connection, remove the cable" (I'm translating this from Danish, so this might not be the exact English error code). As the error persisted through a hard reset, i shipped the phone to repairs, where they changed the radio module, where the USB port is soldered to. Now, about a month after i got the phone back, the error has returned. As i doubt i have hit the statistical "faulty unit" lottery twice, i'm starting to wonder if this error is also a "problem in chair, not in phone", so have anyone encountered the same problem? And any ideas how to resolve it?
I want to connect my Nokia 3710 fold to the Nokia Ovi Suite. But when I try I get this. Is there a driver I need to download. If there is where can I get it from?
I just bought my nokia lumia 800 an have tried to transfer contacts from my old phone (Samsung pixon) but it wont pair. I then tried on another Samsung phone and it get a bit father- to the pairing and had a start bar of transfer come up before it stopped and said it couldn't connect. I also can't sent anything via Bluetooth either.
I've paired my Lumia 900 with my 2012 Jeep UConnect system but the Bluetooth randomly turns off. Often when I enter the car I must go to Settings and turn on Bluetooth which will then connect correctly. Is this a known problem or do I have a bad phone?
I am not able to pair my lumia 800 with my lumia 920'. Anyone know why? Do not these two phones support the same "bluetooth-mode"? I have not yet tried my 920 with my car (Hyundai I40 Sport Sedan). Fear I might have the same problem then. I am aware there is bluetooth discussion going on on that subject, however have not yet seen any problem in pairing between two lumia models. The message I'm getting on my lumia 800 when trying to accept pairing is "not suported".
I have a Nokia 5800 and Nokia BH-212 bluetooth headset. Is it possible to play music when driving using an FM transmitter plugged in to the headphone socket on the phone, to play through the car stereo speakers, and to use the headset to kick in in case someone calls whilst I'm driving and listening to music? I'm getting the music through the bluetooth thing.
I paired my Lumia 900 with my Nokia BH-505 and the music playback is awesome. However, when I make/recieve a phone call, even when the volume is turned up to the max, it's still too low compared to my iPhone when paired with the same headset. Is this a problem or is it me being used to the iPhone?
Love the phone and hopefully this is a basic operation I missed somewhere, but when I connect handsfree to my Bluetooth in the car, calls work great but when I play music it comes out the phone's speakers and not the car.
Similar when I plugged in the phone to a USB input on a boombox, the music plays from Zune over the phone's speakers.
