Jun 17, 2010i have recently got a theme for this phone and its not quite the theme that i was looking for and i cant seem to find a way to delete it. does anyone know how to delete it?

Feb 18, 2010I downloaded some themes directly on the Mass Memory which can be deleted, but I also have some that are on the Phone Memory, which in the theme menu doesnt show a small icon next to it. So how do I delete those on the Phone Memory?

Jan 13, 2010I was wondering if someone can advise me here. I'm trying to delete some extra themes I have and it will not let me. When I click the theme, the option to delete is grayed out. I've tried doing it through Options -> Applications etc. but they don't show up. I'm running the .419 leak for my OS, if that matters.One Idea I had was using BBSAK to delete all the 3rd Party stuff and just re-install everything but I feel like that would just be more trouble than it is worth.

Aug 16, 2010I cannot delete themes from my BlackBerry Curve 8520 (T-Mobile). I have done extensive research on the issue, and have tried many of the methods listed within this forum. However, all have failed.

I have tried removing them through Options > Advanced Options > Applications, however there are no themes listed within the application list. Here are screenshots of my application list:

I have also tried to delete the extra themes using BlackBerry Theme Studio (this is actually the source of the extraneous themes). After previewing several themes on my device, the program's internal 'Manage Themes On BlackBerry...' feature has failed to delete any of them. Screenshot below:

I have also tried to delete the extra themes using BlackBerry Desktop Software (Version 6). However, the themes are nowhere to be found within the application list. Screenshots below:

Prior to using BlackBerry Desktop Software Version 6, I tried Version 5, but the themes still did not show within the application list.
I have tried numerous battery pulls, restarts, software updates, etc. and nothing has worked!

I go fist to Settings > Themes > Select Theme > Themes >Options ... has four options ... Details , Type of view, sort and search. I have not found any " delete " option to delete the selected theme.
Nokia :: 6760 Can't Go Further After Few Steps In OVI Maps
May 6, 2010I can load ovi maps. I can connect to the satelite to get my position. When connected to the satetlite, you get a first screen. If I type in an address, or use a favourite stored location, and select "drive to" or "walk to", the phone will calculate a route and the voice will start to give me directions. A second screen then loads by default to a 3D view where your position is represented by an arrow, and a blue line shows the route direction. The phone essentially behaves like a standalone GPS at this point. However, after a short while as popup shows to say something like "this will take a few moments". After this, the voice and route features shutdown and the screen is returned to just the 2d positioning map. I would like to get the "drive to"/"walk to" route calculation with voice direction to stay on (obviously)?

Jul 2, 2010Recently purchased a 6760 slide and it does not seem to retain its pair on my car bluetooth. Previously had a blackberry and this worked fine everytime I started the car. Everytime I get in the car and want to use bluetooth I have to register the 6760 phone and basically start from scratch. I thought it may have been the technology in the car kit, but friend just tried their brand new blackberry and it connects and works fine all the time. The car kit is built into the car stereo so is relatively new.

Jun 2, 2010When I connect my Nokia 6760 slide to my laptop, Ovi Suite 2.1 says there is an update available for my telephone software, being version 20.007. At this moment I have version 03.38 installed on my telephone. Why I try to update my telephone software to this new version using Ovi Suite I get an error message saying that the update failed probably because I have non-commercial software on my telephone, but it is a new device and I haven't installed any software on it.

Apr 8, 2010My issue is that the notification light on my 6760 always flashes regardless of if I have a new text/email/missed call. To check this, I set it so that it notifies me, but then unticked all the boxes for notification, eg: unticked 'notify for text', and 'notify for missed call' etc. So that it shouldn't ever notify me. To combat this I usually just turn this feature off, but I'd really like to use it as lately i've been missing a few important messages that have sat there for hours unnoticed.

Mar 14, 2010I have a 6760 slide phone in a pouch on my belt. It automatically answers a call when I remove the phone from the pouch. I am positive that I am not hitting any keys when removing the phone from the pouch, and I have AnyKey answer off in settings. As far as I can see it can only be the motion detector, or the light sensor automatically answering the call. This is extremely frustrating as I do not get to decide whether to silence the call. Everything's fine as long as I have it on loudspeaker or have the earphones in but as soon as I press the handset button I stop being able to hear anything (although the person at the other end can still hear me). Jan 27, 2010When downloading maps to my phone with Ver.3.0 Maps Loader, part 1/2 works fine, but at part 2/2, i get this "connection to medium storage interrupted. Attach your storage medium and retry" error at 85.1% everytime (i've tried several times).
Some info:
- I have ver.3.0 Maps on my phone.
- I've also tried updating the firmware and its up-to-date.
- I'm using a 8Gb memory card so it can't be lack of space.
What is causing this error?
