Nokia Accessories :: Connecting C5 To Sony Car Unit?

when I used to connect my old nokia 6300 to my car radio/cd unit (sony 6000 cd) via bluetooth I used to have the call list (as stored in the phone by name displayed in, out, missed etc on the car head unit screen when the phone button was pressed.I was able to scroll through these up/down and select dial to make a call.I have now upgraded to C5 and although connects and makes and recives calls fine all that is displayed in the Sony car unit screen is the numbers not the 'names' as stored on the phone making it tricky to know who I'm calling.Am I doing something wrong do I need to change a setting on the phone? I have 'remote sim' on in the bluetooth menu in the phone.
I am have difficulty connecting my Nokia X6 to my in-car unit being a Nokia CK-15W. The mobile doesn't seem to pick up the car unit via a Bluetooth search from the phone. I am wondering if these are compatible?
Bluetooth on the phone is active & connecting to my blacberry/laptop fine. My BH-905i's have been working fine with my N8, but the N9 doesn't see them at all. I have the latest software update.
My mobile model is Nokia 5230 and I have a bluetooth dongle. I want to use PC as my hands-free and record my music classes. Is it possible? I'm able to dial and receive calls from PC when I connect the mobile to PC via cable. But not able to hear anything in speaker. How can I connect my mobile to the soundcard of the PC, so that I can use my microphone and speaker to talk and listen to the other end? I would like to know whether its possible to use my Nokia phone as a USB modem.
I've a couple of proto's and one P990i with an acceptance unit-stiker. I thought that meant it's a proto, but it has no "prototype not for sale" on the sticker inside. Can anybody tell me what the difference between a proto and an acceptance unit is? Interested about what kinds of prototype builds there are too As far as I know first there are private builds, than several SP-builds and finally pre-series,
I replaced my Blackberry, which was working fine with my VM-605. How do I connect the unit with my new machine? (I no longer have access to the former one.)
For some reason my playbook is not connecting to my stereo Bluetooth headset(SonyEricsson MW600). Manage to add it to my playbook but its not connecting.
I have set up my bluetooth to work on my Ford Focus Audio system. Followed the instructions:
- Paired the devices. - Entered the code given by the audio unit. - Confirmed that they were connected.
The blackberry asked if I wanted the phone to connect automatically to the unit (So I don't have to go through the process of waiting for, and accepting a connection on the phone. Drove to the garage to get fuel and turned off the engine. Got back in the car started up and drove off. At this point the phone should have connected automatically like my old Nokia. No sign of it doing so. On stopping I looked at the phone and it was asking to accept a connection from Ford Audio. This is not automatic connecting. Automatic connecting is the phone linking up itself as soon as I get in and switch the radio unit on. So why hasn't this worked?
I miss "unit converter" app, that was present in (all?) previous E phones (had E51, E52, E63, E71). The GSM arena review says it can be downloaded from Ovi. That's not completely true if you don't want to pay. where to get a compact unit converter? Is it maybe present in Belle again?
I'm loving my lumia 800, but this bluetooth problem is driving me crazy! The handset pairs fine with the head unit in my c class Merc, I can make and receive calls and text messages, but it continually disconnect the bluetooth as though the phone is powering bluetooth off and then powering it back up and reconnecting. This sometimes happens every 30-40 seconds other days it can be ever 3-5 minutes. The head unit works fine with my blackberry, htc desire and a mates iphone so I know that's not at fault. I've tried deleting the pairing and restoring my phone prior to the update but all to no avail.
I am having a problem with my GPS, it stopped getting satellite signal. I've done everything I found here but nothing work, I purge the assistance data, update firmware, restore phone, but nothing work.
I cannot connect my Sony Spiro to my PC. I have the USB cable but when I connect it to the PC and phone nothing happens at all. I have had a Sony in the past and it connected no problem. I have the Sony PC Suite on my PC but this cannot find the phone. Windows does not recognize that anything has been connected.
Does anyone else have trouble using the wifi aspect of their elm. I struggle to get it to connect and disconnect, so end up having to pay for mobile internet.

I need to back up all my contacts to PC. As far as I know the best way to do it is using SE PC Suite (if there is any other simpler ways of doing that please let me know as well) I downloaded latest PC Suite from SE website. Everything is goes well till it starts pairing up C905 and computer. Computer can see the phone, so does the phone, I can establish bluetooth connection from PC own software. But not through PC suite. After I am filling in passcode on the phone, few moments later, there is warning message, that pairing failed. I reinstalled PC Suite few times and it doesn't work. Do I need any specific drivers, for bluetooth to install on my comp? I am using Vista pro.
I am a new user of viva pro. I like to ask u all about the USB connection to PC. My phone cannot connect to the PC while the phone is on and only can connect while is OFF.

Sony PC companion is not connecting to internet. Am able to browse internet with all other applications.
I've exewcuted the application as administrator but no use. I've downloaded the latest PC companion but still it's not working. I keep getting 'Out of range' from my aino while trying to connect to my home wifi (2wire 2701HGV-E). Need help on how to solve this! Also my phone is not detected during the update service via usb-to-computer. It is stuck at the 'connect' page and doesn't move onto 'confirm'.
I have a problem connecting my Aino to PC when using update service. I try to connect it while pressing C button. Update service software doesn't recognize it and a balloon shows up from my task bar with the message "Found new hardware". I click it and my system freezes. I also have tried to connect it while pressing 5 as I read through the other threads but the same problem happens.
Im having trouble with connecting to the internet via wifi. ( i just got this phone) it connects to my router and says "connected" etc. But when I use the browser or any internet based app it says "communication error. try again, turn off wifi or contact your provider for support". Also what is ps data and cs data?. Anyone has any idea on how i can fix this?

I can't connect my Iphone 3G to Itunes, I've installed the last version 10.6.3.25 but it doesn't recognize the USB driver. I reinstalled the Itunes several times, but it doesn't work.
