For some reason my playbook is not connecting to my stereo Bluetooth headset(SonyEricsson MW600). Manage to add it to my playbook but its not connecting.

I have a Nokia 6350, which has a 2.5'' headset outlet on the side. I tried to find out which headsets are compatible with this model, but the Nokia website only lists Bluetooth ones. But of course this model support wired headsets too, otherwise it would not have an headset outlet in the first place? recommend me an headset which is compatible with my phone? I bought a Nokia HS-47 one, but I can only get sound on one side, and I would like to avoid wasting money in other products which are not compatible...

I'm still deciding whether it is really worth the investment...the keyboard is almost full size and is easy to type quickly on.

I own a 2014 Chevy Equinox. The car's auxiliary connector does not work with the G4, so I connect with a stand alone Bluetooth device plugged into my cigarette lighter. The problem is the volume is about 50% lower via this method. I'm thinking it's the Bluetooth device I'm using. I tried about a dozen vol u me apps and none of them work
View 5 Replies View RelatedI just got the Razr HD on Thursday when it became available and I love it so far. I connected my Sony Bluetooth stereo headset (url...). So, not the typical one ear peice just for answering calls. I got them because I listen to music on phone while at the gym and the wire from my old headset kept getting in the way. So, these worked great with the Droid X, never had a problem. I connected them to my Razr HD and the volume instantly goes the the max and cannot be turn down. I use the volume rocker and the volume stays at the max volume until I turn the volume all the way down at which point there is no sound. I can't find a bluetooth volume slider in the sound volume settings and the "Music, Video, Games, & other media" volume control isn't doing anything to adjust the volume for my headset. The headset does not have a volume control of its own and right now I can't use it becuase it is way too loud. I know there ways to be able to adjust the volume for each device independently on custom roms and rooted devices why can't these simple things be added to "stock" roms? Anyone know how to get the volumes to work without having to go to a custom ROM?

Not for the car, as that is bluetooth built in.I wear glasses most of the time.Is in-ear best, or do they slip out, and does it feel like having a finger stuck in your ear?Or is over-ear better, holding it there better, but then does that get in the way of the glasses 'hook'?

But now, I plugged it in the charger and the red light doesn't turn on anymore. I tried a different nokia charger but still, it doesn't work. The chargers that I tried worked on my phone though.Whenever the headset is charged, it's settings on its connectivity resets, so everytime i charge it, i need to reconnect the bluetooth of my phone. So, I tried if the settings reset, but unfortunately, it didn't,. so my bluetooth headset really is not charging anymore.

I have sent an email to Blackberry support and as of yet have not received a reply. Judging from the other comments here, I will soon be told it is unavailable.
So having said that, is there something compatible out there to be had, and if there is would someone please share.
My N8 connects to my bluetooth headset and functions flawlessly usually. But whenever I connect my N8 via bluetooth to my PC it stops pairing with the headset. The moment it connects with the PC, the headset icon appears in my N8, despite it not having paired the headset.

View 5 Replies View RelatedI have set up my bluetooth to work on my Ford Focus Audio system. Followed the instructions:
- Paired the devices.
- Entered the code given by the audio unit.
- Confirmed that they were connected.
The blackberry asked if I wanted the phone to connect automatically to the unit (So I don't have to go through the process of waiting for, and accepting a connection on the phone. Drove to the garage to get fuel and turned off the engine. Got back in the car started up and drove off. At this point the phone should have connected automatically like my old Nokia. No sign of it doing so. On stopping I looked at the phone and it was asking to accept a connection from Ford Audio. This is not automatic connecting. Automatic connecting is the phone linking up itself as soon as I get in and switch the radio unit on. So why hasn't this worked?

View 5 Replies View RelatedI'm having issues pairing my device (9320) with my new Blackberry Playbook. The software on my phone is 7.1 Bundle 2039. I can pair both devices together through Blackberry Bridge but it shows that I've recieved new emails but doesnt let me open them.
I paired the Playbook with a friends phone (9360) which operates on a different system 7.1 Bundle 1133. And this works fine and we can access the emails and the device and playbook work fine.
The BlackBerry Presenter [URL] does not list the PlayBook as one of the devices with which it will operate. Does this mean that it doesn't work with the PlayBook?
