Nokia Accessories :: Cannot Connect Bluetooth Headset With Laptop?
Mar 17, 2010
i would like to pair my Nokia BH-104 bluetooth headset with my HP laptop running Windows 7 Professional 32-bit.I can pair the headset but the drivers are not installed correctly. It is decognzed as a Bluettoth Periphelial Device, but not as a headset. Updating the drivers fails.
So I've bought a Nokia 503 bluetooth headset 1 month ago. I've charged it several times since I really use it a lot and haven't dropped it since then. But now, I plugged it in the charger and the red light doesn't turn on anymore. I tried a different nokia charger but still, it doesn't work. The chargers that I tried worked on my phone though.Whenever the headset is charged, it's settings on its connectivity resets, so everytime i charge it, i need to reconnect the bluetooth of my phone. So, I tried if the settings reset, but unfortunately, it didn't,. so my bluetooth headset really is not charging anymore.
My N8 connects to my bluetooth headset and functions flawlessly usually. But whenever I connect my N8 via bluetooth to my PC it stops pairing with the headset. The moment it connects with the PC, the headset icon appears in my N8, despite it not having paired the headset.
I have a Nokia BH-505stereo bluetooth headset, but it only works with my Nokia phones C7 and N900, not with a PC.I can establish a connection to my PCs, but there's no sound coming from the headset, instead it keeps coming from the PC's loudspeakers.I have 1 desktop PC (+bluetooth dongle) dual booting Windows XP and LInux Mint Debian Edition , and a laptop (bt built-in) dual booting Win 7 and Lubuntu 12.04 - the problem is the same on all 4 OSs.
I have the Nokia BH-905 bluetooth headphones, and I have successfully connected them to the iPad 2. I cannot, however, find a way to connect them to my Dell Studio 14, Windows 7, 64-bit. I follow all the instructions to a T, but my computer does not recognize the heaphones when I click "Add a Device."
I'm looking at getting a bluetooth headset for my 8520.I will need it only for when walking around at home, or outside on the phone. Not for the car, as that is bluetooth built in.I wear glasses most of the time.Is in-ear best, or do they slip out, and does it feel like having a finger stuck in your ear?Or is over-ear better, holding it there better, but then does that get in the way of the glasses 'hook'?
I have a HS-300 headset, the earloop broke after 1 month of very light use. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. I have sent an email to Blackberry support and as of yet have not received a reply. Judging from the other comments here, I will soon be told it is unavailable.
So having said that, is there something compatible out there to be had, and if there is would someone please share.
For some odd reason my BH-505 headset cannot connect to a Bluetooth dongle in my computer.t works flawlessly with my N8 though. There is nothing wrong with the dongle either.
I have Asus x550ln with Ralink bluetooth device. I successfully pair my S5 with my laptop but I am missing some services like making calls from the laptop and using its speakers and mic as headset. My question is: Is it hardware incapability or a driver issue(all my drivers are fine in Device Manager)?
This is how should normally look the bluetooth manager:
For some reason my playbook is not connecting to my stereo Bluetooth headset(SonyEricsson MW600). Manage to add it to my playbook but its not connecting.
I want to connect nokia N95 8gb with my Laptob using bluetooth serial port, but i'm shocked when discovered N95 does not support serial port profile and the laptob can not open virtual bluetooth serial port to transfer data.
How to connect hs700 blackberry bleutooth headset with windows 7, i want to use it to listen to my musicwhen i try to pair it the windows cannot find the good driver
Anyone having problems connecting to a bluetooth device? I have connected my Samsung WEP40 to my last Blackberry Bold 9000 but it won't even recognize the Bluetooth now. I am trying to connect to a Torch 9800. Carrier is AT&T.
I've had a S10-HD headset for about a year and it has worked well with several phones and my laptop. However, it will not connect to my new Photon 4G.I've made sure every other device to which it was ever connected has bluetooth turned off I've made sure the battery on both devides are fully charged I've made sure the Photon's bluetooth is on working I've connected the Photo to my car's bluetooth system to make sure it can connect to something I've connected my headset with my laptop to make sure it can connect to something I've turned them both on and off both devices I've searched and searched everywhere. When I go to bluetooth settings on the Photon and press "scan for devices", the headset never shows up as an available device When I power on the headset it flashes blue for a second and then slowly flashes red, but is never available to connect to the phone?
I bought a new BH-218 a week ago and it was working with my iPhone 4.Then, my iPhone became faulty and I got a replacement from Apple but my replaced iPhone can't see the BH-218 headset.I've since tried my Wife's iPhone 5 and my old Nokia phone and none can see the Headset during Bluetooth searching which is weird.
I ve purchased a Nokia 5235 five months ago. The sales pack comes with WH-701 headset. The headset has performed much upto my satisfaction for many days until one day when it suddenly started giving very low volume. The bass and treble is still the same but the volume. I have checked every setting in the phone but in vain.
The headset provided with the N8 died on me after 2 months, first the right ear then the left ear. Then i got a new one, and within the month the same problem arose, first the right ear died on me then the left one. Seems like it happens in the cord after the point you put it in the phone. My use of the phone is rather normal, not storing the headset in tight spots, usually on my desk.
i wanted to ask if BH-103 is compatible with Nokia c7? Because Bh-103 has bluetooth version 2.1 but it isn't listed as compatible with any latest phones like n8, c7, c7 on nokia sites. Whereas many other bluetooth headsets have been shown as compatible having same specifications.
I am trying VERY hard to support Nokia and their products. I have bought a Lumia 920 and feel it is truly a great smartphone. I cannot understand why the products that would make this smartphone truly unique like the Purity Pro headset are not to market yet?
These are differentiating products, things that would make our choice in smartphones stand out and they are nowhere to be found.
They were supposed to be release in Q4 2012 - obviously that is going to miss.....and besides wanting them badly for myself.....they would be a HUGE selling feature for the ONLY phone that should be bringing their NFC capability to the forefront.
Let me know if anyone has any idea when this product will be released.
