Motorola Zumocast :: Error Retrieving Data From Server
Nov 8, 2011I just bought an atrix 2 and have downloaded zumocast on it and my computer.My phone says my computer is online.When I click on my PC on the home menu of zumocast app a message appears labeled "resource error" 'my pc name' could not be opened because there was an error retrieving the data from the server.Please try again."After I click ok I can go to my music tab and see all the available music but cannot download it.When I click on a song and choose download,a message appears " resource unavailable" 'song title' could not be opened because the server 'pc name' is not connected." I've tried setting my IE security to the lowest and it still wont work.I've also gone into mafee and turned netgaurd off for zumocast and still the same errors.I've also turned the firewall protection all the way off and it still doesnt work. How do I get zumocast to work?

Ive done everything the support page said to do, and made sure my firewalls and everything were not blocking it. This was basically the majority of the reason why I got the Bionic.

I have accessed my files (mainly movies) from another windows computer just fine. I just got a macbook air for christmas and i tried to access my movies through zumocast on my mac but none of the files showed up. I dont want to put all the files on my new laptop because it only has a 120 SSD installed. Is it possible for me to access those files on my desktop from my mac?

Jun 4, 2012I have been logging into the MotoACTV site for for abput two months now. The very first time that I tried to login several months ago I received the Error Message: "An Internal Error has Occurred. Please Log Out and Log In again." I have rteceived the same message intermittenlty since then and also today. This seems to me a problem with the servers not adequate to the demand and should be relatively easy to remedy. i use a variety to fitness sites -- Strava, Edomondo, Garmin Connect, Training Peaks -- and have never received a simmiliar message. I think Motorola should get a handle on this problem.

Jan 17, 2010I've just recieved the N900 (UK on Vodafone) but straight away i've come across and error which means it's going back for a replacement handset - although Vodafone currently struggling to have the N900 in stock! The error is "internal error closing app". My concern now is reading lots of blogs i'm currently concerned that the N900 is not yet ready for the market and perhaps should be looking for something else. Is the phone the way forward?

Jul 15, 2010I have done a hard reset on a nokia e66 with firmware 410. When I first connected to ovi suite the maps module showed me internal error. But it wasn't any server error or try again etc. The steps are the following:
1) Format memory card
2) Download ovi maps from nokia website.
3) Open the maps in the phone and accept all the messages
4) Connect to the ovi suite and open maps.
5) And then magically it will tell you that you need an update on the maps.
6) Now I am in this step which updating but I think it has stuck.
Shame on you nokia for all these problems for a business telephone such as e66. That's why apple is always a level ahead in its interface and is winning just from that. Simplicity just simplicity.

May 18, 2010i have a samsung sch-r500 from telus, and last week it started coming up with a message "memory is 75% full, please erase messages." My inbox and outbox are both empty. Everytime i try to send a text message thats what i see, now its at 83%. My phone is almost 2 years old and there is no warranty on it. i called telus and they said to bring it to a telus dealer so they will send it in for repair, which will take about 2 weeks plus a fee for them to update the phone software. if anyone has any way to fix this please let me know.
