When I try to open the "My Verizon Mobile" app using 3g, I get the following error:"There was an error communicating with the server"When I connect with Wifi, It works fine.Anyone else having this problem.I think I may have seen it work a couple times, It could be an intermitten thing.

However, Cox is my primary...day-to-day...email and I can't get the account to set up correctly. I've followed the manual set up instructions posted ny Motorola and I still get a Server Error message.

I tried already restarting my device and enabled content protection still this one occurs. I also already checked my USB and it is not broken because every time I connect my phone via usb on my laptop I can use my blackberry desktop.

I can sign in to BB App World but when I select > My World I get the Error Message: "APP World Web Plugin Error - An Error has occurred communicating with the BB App World Client." I am connecting my 9900 in order to sync my apps with App World following a security wipe to resolve the BB ID Issue with OS7.( The security wipe does resolve the BB ID issue). I have the same problem when I have connected using 2 different PCs. One running Chrome the other Running Firefox.

I've tried setting my IE security to the lowest and it still wont work.I've also gone into mafee and turned netgaurd off for zumocast and still the same errors.I've also turned the firewall protection all the way off and it still doesnt work. Whenever I try to sync it, I get an error saying"Could not reach the server while attempting sychnronization". It doesn't matter if I am on WiFi or using the cell network. The only way to get it to sync is to log out and back in. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall, but still have the same issue.

View 2 Replies View RelatedI am having an issue with a weird error code that I have gotten since day 1 of owning my torch. Everytime I do a BP when the phone boots up I am getting an error that says, "122 Error Invalid Number. Please re-send using a valid 10 digit mobile number or valid short code. Activatet=6"
I get this same error code when trying to set up my visual voicemail. When someone leaves a message I get that 122 Error as well as another error sent from 1000000000 that just has a garbled message. My VVM has been reset twice by at&t and I have been told that everything is provisioned correctly. I was hoping that .214 would fix this issue but still it persists.
I upgraded my wife's phone finally to the new software release. She has been going along pretty good but just this morning, the internet browser won't open anymore and I get an error:
"The application browser (process com.android.browser) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again"....."force close" button appears.
I also tried this in "safe mode" with the same error. I also tried with "wi-fi" on and "wi-fi" off. No difference.
Just writing this post, when the phone went to sleep and I tried to turn it back on.....it wouldn't do anything (not responding). Once it did turn on to the "locked screen" window, the screen would not unlock or even respond. A few minutes later, it decided to react.....still in safe mode, too.
Since yesterday afternoon getting authentication error on all email account with droid 4. Connection error. [NO mechanism not available] Don't get email notifications, email not updating and won't manually. Was working fine oneverything before then.
View 6 Replies View RelatedI have a Blackberry Curve 8520 running on v4.6 I have been trying to get to my AIM instant messenger and it says there is a server error. I CAN get on AIM on my computer, so there is no server error.
I read that AIM is no longer supported by Blackberry but that there is an AIM app to download. I followed the direction and uninstalled my current AIM and sent to download the current AIM and still getting the server error.
I have been logging into the MotoACTV site for for abput two months now. The very first time that I tried to login several months ago I received the Error Message: "An Internal Error has Occurred. Please Log Out and Log In again." I have rteceived the same message intermittenlty since then and also today. This seems to me a problem with the servers not adequate to the demand and should be relatively easy to remedy. i use a variety to fitness sites -- Strava, Edomondo, Garmin Connect, Training Peaks -- and have never received a simmiliar message. I think Motorola should get a handle on this problem.

I go to use the phone for a call and I see two reported red bar errors at the top line: No Sim Card and no Bars. I reboot to clear it; however, this is a repeating situation. I get no warning of when it "drops". The last time was on the charger, overnight.I will be taking to the Verizon store but wonder if anyone knows of this and how to fix. The error says unable to locate apple.smtp.mail.yahoo.com, where I am using yahoo mail server. I had been using more 1.5 years without issue.
The same goes to the ios4 device on my ipad. Is it relating to the changes in the apple configuration for the ios4 ?

i am using 9360. while activating hotmail, google, yahoo mail accounts etc. i do not have any problem. but while i am activating my company mail account server rejects me and gives "wrong password" answer to me. i have just discuss with my mail server this topic. they give me this answer: "blackberry using the docode service and we are using courier service thats why they are given problem and not working properly . "but they can not give any idea or any other answer about my problems answer. actually we are using company mail accounts on machines which were activeted before. but at now we can not active any new account or old accounts to new machines. we can not active any company mail account from last week. they gave me server setting and i tried with those too.. but at whole time the same answer "wrong password." we excatly know the pw but server do not give permission to activation.
