When I plug in my Xoom tablet for charging, the unit will blink the indicator light if it's powered down, or the "Charging (xx%)" and lightning bolt on the battery icon will blink when powered on. It also takes a longer time then normal to charge.
View 4 RepliesI have a lapdock 100 with a Motorola Photon phone. It was working good for a while and today, it just won't turn on. It won't even charge the phone. The battery indicator light/button won't even blink or anything. I tried switching outlets and it won't charge the lapdock.

View 11 Replies View RelatedThe feature i miss the most from my droid 2 days is the little indicator light to know that the phone is charging... I realize that light was left off this phone and moved to the caps lock key. But wondering if there was a way of turning in the indicator light when the phone is charging like when i get a notification that i have a text message. My Wifes incredible 2 indiciator light turns red when it is charging and i beleive turns white when it is finished. Its just a lot easier for me to look at my phone and see it is charging vs having to unlock my phone to see if it is charging or see it on the lock screen. Sometimes my charges becomes unplugged and i was always quick to know with the droid 2 that it had happend. vs waking up the next morning with my droid 4 thinking it was charging and nothing all along. Is there a feature i'm missing or is it possible to have this in an upcoming update?
View 1 Replies View RelatedSince I bought my Photon earlier this week, I immediately noticed that the indicator light didn't, well, indicate. Anything, ever, at all. It didn't even light up when charging. I know this is not a burned-out LED because I've installed an app which fixes most of the problems, the app is called Light Flow. Its only limitations on the Photon are that it can't light the indicator for battery charge events/status, and it may not be able to show all the colors, but I do have it working for missed call/text, email, bluetooth on, etc. The issue is, I shouldn't need an app to do this and I want the indicator LED to show battery charge status.

Ever since I initially charged my XOOM the battery indicator shows 100% full, never shows any discharge & just shuts down when the battery is flat with no warning, any ideas, still under warranty.

View 4 Replies View RelatedAfter I came home from work yesterday I decided to go charge my BB, but unfortunately what would always happen was that whenever I plugged in the charger, a red light would appear to blink on my BB and it wouldn't turn on or work, I then decided to let it charge over night to see if that would do the trick. Later this morning I checked on my Torch again to find out that it wouldn't even turn on still. I tried connecting it to the computer to see if it could charge from there but no luck was found. do a quick pull out of the battery and put it back in to see if a reboot would fix the problem, no luck. They then told me to do the same thing, only this time when the red light appears I'd hold the space button so that the BB would boot into safe mode, no luck. He then told me too try to reload the OS of my BB through BB Desktop Manager. Too bad I couldn't even connect my handheld to my computer.
see if there's anything else that I could do that would fix my BB. Note that I'd like a way in which I don't need to wipe my BB's memory, since I haven't backed up the data yet(I just bought this 2 days ago). But if I have too, I will.

day before yesterday i was travelling and its battery got fully discharged. after that its not powering up ,
I tried to contact Sony xperia support via call and they asked me to Start my phone in safe mode but it was also not working. till yesterday it was vibrating and nothing was coming on display,but now even its not viberating,

How do i make BB 9700 light blink when the battery is low?I loved my BB 8900 because the light would blink, but the 9700 just shuts off and it says to conserve power. The 8900 would never do that. Can someone help guide me, so i can turn the indicator on when the battery is low?

When I plugged in my blackberry to the wall charger to charge, the indicator light will light up red for a few seconds then shut off, then it will light up again then shut off, keeps doing this, does this mean it is charging? I left it charging over night and tried to turn it on in the morning but it was still completely dead. Sometimes the charger has problems making a connection, and usually I can see when that is happening from the lightening bolt sign when the phone is on So I'm wondering if it was just because it wasn't making a connection before that it didn't charge and if the red light on and off indicates that it is charging or not?

I had never realised there was a notification light until recently when my daughter with the same model came back from college and I saw the light flashing on her unit.I then realised that my unit's light has never flashed on any notifications, whether they be updates waiting, new Gmail etc. I know that the notiifcation light option has to be on in settings (which it is) and the unit has to be in standby mode with the screen off but even with both those conditions active and notifications pending, there is no light.

I have used Android App Killer to shut down everything that is running and I cannot find a reason for the light to be on. Even disabling the light in settings will not stop it, nor will turning off notifications. When I reboot the tablet, it works as normal again for a few days. After I read the message and save or delete it the message light still flashes. Why is this and why won't the light stop flashing? Ever since, my light is blinking like there is something I need to check, but I have gone in and been through every app and even the hidden folders and can not find any notifications.
