Aug 5, 2012I have the BB 9360 for a week now, its all good but noticed that when i get a WhatsApp message the LED light will flash red (which i know is normal) however when i have read it the light will still be flashing red, this turns off automatically after around 4mins.

Oct 27, 2010n ot even had it 6 hours and i got it put battery in it turned it on done toutorial turned it off like asked turned it on then thurned it off again and now it wont turn on attall ive left the batery charging for a good 3 hour sbut the charging light doesn't blink like its ment to if the chargers disconnected when i put the battery in all it doens is the light has a solid red light for ten seconds

Apr 10, 2011After I came home from work yesterday I decided to go charge my BB, but unfortunately what would always happen was that whenever I plugged in the charger, a red light would appear to blink on my BB and it wouldn't turn on or work, I then decided to let it charge over night to see if that would do the trick. Later this morning I checked on my Torch again to find out that it wouldn't even turn on still. I tried connecting it to the computer to see if it could charge from there but no luck was found. do a quick pull out of the battery and put it back in to see if a reboot would fix the problem, no luck. They then told me to do the same thing, only this time when the red light appears I'd hold the space button so that the BB would boot into safe mode, no luck. He then told me too try to reload the OS of my BB through BB Desktop Manager. Too bad I couldn't even connect my handheld to my computer.
see if there's anything else that I could do that would fix my BB. Note that I'd like a way in which I don't need to wipe my BB's memory, since I haven't backed up the data yet(I just bought this 2 days ago). But if I have too, I will.

Nov 29, 2012I've never had any problems with my BlackBerry Torch 9800 until today. I cannot receive text messages off one of my contacts but they are receiving my sent ones! I have restarted my phone by taking out the barrery and the SIM card 3 times with no change. As has my contact (he has a BlackBerry Curve). I have checked my Firewall settings (they are switched off) and neither of us are in each others blocked list.

BB Pearl :: Does Not Play A Sound When Receive A Text Message?
Oct 26, 2011I just updated to the 6.0 bundle and now my pearl does not play a sound when I receive a text message. The option to even change the tone it is supposed to play is gone out of the menu. I have tried restoring and re installing the software and resetting the device numerous times. Sometimes it will come back for a short amount of time then disappear again. I also get the error message uncaught exception:java.lang.nullpointerexception from time to time. Anyone else have this issue know of a PERMANENT fix? I am ready to throw it under a moving vehicle.

It doesn't happen all of the time, but too much for me. I've tried clearing the cache and I even did a master reset wih no luck.

May 8, 2012I have a Bold 9900. Under "contacts" I have created a distribution list, mainly my baseball team so if a game is cancelled, I would like to address them all in one swoop. The problem is, only 8 out of 18 receive a text. I go to the "text message" icon, press the blackberry button on "compose text message". When it asks "To:" I select from my contact list, my baseball team.
Some of the entries on my list have an email address only while others have both. What do I have to do to successfully reach everyone on the list? Would it work better if it were only email or mobile addresses? Does it matter whether they are MTS or Rogers customers for their cell phones? Do I require to add 1+then the area code for the cell phone numbers?
