Is there a good resource that shows an updated feature list of the Motoactv. I can get the the manual etc but can't seem to find a place that shows in detial all the changes due to the updates / current features. It's difficult to compare with other products without detailed info on this.

The "Activity" column on the topic list shows some random date. For example, the entry for "Where are the MOTOROLA SF700 headphones" shows the most recent activity as being 16 January, but mtwizard posted at 12.26 this morning.

However, when I click on the desktop manager icon to get started, I get the message: "The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable. Click OK to try again, or enter an alternate path to a folder containing the installation package 'BlackBerry 8130.msi' in the box below." I am not sure what to do next.

View 6 Replies View RelatedI'm looking into buying a MotoActv but I can't get a clear answer from the product documentation is this device has an interval timer.uite simply, I want to set a time period (45 seconds) which counts down, sends a notification through the headphone (beep!) and rautomatically esets the timer and continues counting down.This seems pretty simple and there are some references to it but I'm hoping to get a straight yes/no before I buy. (Secondarly, if anyone has info about a version two coming down the line I'd love to hear about that as well - this seems like a great device and after spending the last week looking at EVERYTHING I can say it's an underserved market - just ready for a version 2 to really bring it home).

View 3 Replies View RelatedI noticed TCX exports end the points when the start time + workout time has elapsed, regardless of whether it included the full workout.Will this be updated so the exports truly include all points or is the only way to get around this to run the MotoACTV the entire time and bring down your average due to being stopped in traffic etc. as I noticed this in my shorter rides around town, I never seem to actually make it home when importing in to Runkeeper.

However, I have to say, we often suffer "no place founded" when we wanna drive to even a famous car shop. In Nokia Ovi maps, size of Beijing map is only 25M, but in Route66, size is about 60M, which is quite easy for us to find even small place. Nokia should update the maps locally and timely. Nokia China team should take care of China maps to give a better user experience.

" Sometimes the refresh button fixes it, but often I have to log out and back in, which is a pain when it happens several times in a browser session. Screenshot attached. View 1 Replies View RelatedIn the lastest device OS, the email application on the device caches email addresses from emails you have received, so that when you compose a new message these cached email addresses appear in the quick list along with addresses from your Contacts list. I need to know how to turn off this feature or to at least delete some of the cached addresses. Here's the problem. I have a contact in my Contacts list whose name is Thomas. He often goes by Tom, but I don't have Tom in the Contact record for him. He sent me a conference call invitation in which he used the name Tom to set up the conference. The actual email address is from freeconference.com, but his name appears as Tom. Now if I go to write an email to him and start to type Tom, the cached email appears and I end up sending an email to freeconference.com instead of to his real email address. I'm sure this happens with other contacts as well. Since the real email address is masked in the quick pick list, it is very easy to miss this issue and send to the wrong place.

Name: Hxxxxxx with No.: xxxxxx111 and Name: Mxxxxxx with No.: +97xxxx111xx . When I sent an SMS to Vodafone No. i.e.111, in Log it shows sent to Vodafone Care but under the sent items It showed as sent to Hxxxxxx. Then I deleted the entry for Hxxxxxx from my contact list and sent the SMS to 111 again. This time in log it showed sent to Vodafone Care but under sent items it showed as sent to Mxxxxxx. Then I deleted the second entry too from the Contacts and tried again. This time under sent itemes as well as log it showed sent to Vodafone Care correctly. Why this is happening and how to rectify the same?

iPhone 4s just updated with IOS 8. Now my calendar does not offer the full list of items by day on the screen. Instead I see the month and below the month are the appointments in a list for the selected day only. I would like the option to have the full list available as it is much easier to scroll thru the list when making appointments.

I have discovered that some of my text messages are not being sent or received. Every text shows that it sends and shows a time within a few seconds. I would say I am 90% working fine, but important texts are falling through the cracks.Text messages I send with more than 160 characters auto blend into one message natively. Recipients are only receiving part #2.They never have received the first part on dozens of tries. Always the case from home and work. I'm connected to wifi at home and work. Oddly enough, I was able to disconnect from wifi and was able to send both parts of sms messages 4 out of 5 times. When i connected back to wifi, still only the 2nd part of the sms.A few of the regular sms messages that I confirmed didn't go through were more than 100 characters, but less than 160. So far, every small or low character count message has worked.
Didn't receive a couple of texts that I was able to verify were 100+ character texts. eems to be a larger message problem, but every picture I have sent has successfully gone through.Installed Go SMS tonight. Still had the issue when sending multipart texts that only text #2 came through.I spent quite a bit of time on the phone with Sprint today. We did a battery pull and he did a phone refresh remotely. I tried a test text while he was on the phone. I sent a 2 parter to my wife and it was received. I thought the problem was fixed, but the very next 2 part text only showed the 2nd part of the message. I have not been able to get a 2 parter to go through since.
Is it possible to remove music from the "My Performance Music" list? I have removed certain songs from my MOTOACTV, and don't care to have them listed any more.

View 14 Replies View RelatedI've owned the MotoActv for two month, I got the mysterious "moisture issues" that everyone seems to be getting even though I've never used it in the rain. But the thing that is driving me nuts is the music. When I hit random shuffle of all my songs, I hear songs I don't want to hear... song that I do not own on my computer. Where are these songs coming from? Today I heard "Boot Scoot Boogie!" I abhore country music as does my wife. Doing a computer wide search shows no evidence that the song exists on my computer. Yet there it is playing in mile four. Other mystery songs have showed up too. The performance music playlist seems to be filled with songs I never heard of, yet evidently I perform well to them.
