Calendar on previous iPhones could show dates and events in list format, a very useful format. iPhone6 does not seem to have this format. Is there a workaround for this?

After numerous problems with BB I've cut my losses and got an iPhone. All my contacts are backed up on BB Protect as problems with my BB meant I couldn't back up to BB desktop software. However now I can't access them.My provider (vodaffone) transfered my SIM to a MicroSIM to use with my new iphone so the original normal sized SIM I have is no longer functioning meaning I cannot use the BB handset to download the contacts from BB Protect. We tried to do this in the Vodafone shop with no success as BB protect wouldn't recognise the new device and wanted the old one which I no longer have (I've had 5 in 7 months).All I want to do is get a list of the 300 contacts locked away in BB protect in any form. I don't even care if i have to sit and type them all in again..

View 1 Replies View RelatedUntil recently, if I made a calendar entry (in any of the calendars shared with my wife) my wife would receive an alert on her iPhone and the Calendar app would show an invitation in the Inbox. The same thing would happen in reverse. Just recently, neither of us get alerts or invitations, although the new or modified calendar entry is synched across both iPhones. Neither of us aware of having changed any settings since this behaviour started. How can the notifications and invitations be restored?

I have a torch 9800 and had upgraded Os to 6.0.. I live in Virginia and use AT&T Wireless. I would get an error loading the program after reinstalling it. I had read about this issue and I decided not to worry about it and went on without those programs.Now..Today i no longer have app world? Also, the serial number selection is not clear since 3G users seem to use the MEID, but I've been asked for my Wifi MAC address before. This time I tried to simply enter my "serial number" as stated in the Xoom status screen. But I can't get past #1 issue above, it is trying to require me to enter a Moto phone as well.

Calendar is working 100% fine on Day and Month view - appointments are in the right place, right day, right time, synced from Mobile Me, and a calendar I subscribe to is also fine.
When I touch "List" view, and "Today", it thinks Today is Sun 7 Feb 2010. All my appointments are on the wrong day - "Today" 7 Feb I have an appointment that was last Saturday, 9 Jan. The same appointment appears "Yesterday", 6 Feb in the subscribed calendar - but only in List view
Have tried a hard reset and have tried unsubscribing the cal from MobileMe and resubscribing - any other ideas before I go for a Restore?
After upgrading my iPhone 4 over the air to IOS 5.1, tapping on URLs within Calendar meeting invitations (within the Notes field) no longer launch into Safari. I now must hold my finger on the URL, select "Copy", open Safari separately, then paste the URL into the address bar. The "Open" option does nothing as well.

I am a Vodafone customer and the Customer Service no. is 111. There are 2 entries in my contact list viz. Name: Hxxxxxx with No.: xxxxxx111 and Name: Mxxxxxx with No.: +97xxxx111xx . When I sent an SMS to Vodafone No. i.e.111, in Log it shows sent to Vodafone Care but under the sent items It showed as sent to Hxxxxxx. Then I deleted the entry for Hxxxxxx from my contact list and sent the SMS to 111 again. This time in log it showed sent to Vodafone Care but under sent items it showed as sent to Mxxxxxx. Then I deleted the second entry too from the Contacts and tried again. This time under sent itemes as well as log it showed sent to Vodafone Care correctly. Why this is happening and how to rectify the same?

View 4 Replies View RelatedI've had a Lumia 1020 for a while. I've been connecting it to a Win7 desktop to offload pictures at work, and I connect it to a Win8.1 desktop at home. Today, I plug in my 1020 to my Win7 machine and it doesn't show up in Windows Explorer. I reboot the machine, still won't show up. I go to devices and printers in control panel and I delete the driver, replug in my phone, and upon discovery, it's now trying to install a Lumia 909, which fails, BTW... So I can't offload picts to my Win7 box. I need to try it with my Win8.1 machine.

For instance, an event I just created for tomorrow, Thursday April 5th, will display under Friday April 6th in the list view, but display properly in day and month views. Also some events are simply not shown. For instance, for a three day consecutive event, the first two events are shifted forward a day and the third drops out of view. All events are synced and display properly on my iPad, however.

Since updating my phone SMS text or the email sender no longer shows up in my status bar. I just get the notification icon. I initially thought it was a problem with Chomp SMS, but then I discovered Gmail is not showing the brief text notification either, just the icon. Any setting somewhere to change that?

We have a contact list in html format in our organization. The contact list is displayed by the BB browser. The emails and phone numbers in this list work fine for other models we have (9650,etc.) But users with new BB Torch 9800 can not click on the phone numbers or emails any more. Our provider is ATT. The OS I believe is 6.0.0.246.
