I can't get my phone book downloaded to the roadster speekerphone. I have reset and retried numerous times. Surely these two motor products are compatible.

I bought a book using "My eBooks" that came pre loaded on the Xoom. I just downloaded "Kindle" app from the market. Is there a way to transfer the book over to kindle? (The book is "Motorola Xoom for Dummies").

View 1 Replies View RelatedI've tried to use the Roadster's FM mode, but find its audio quality in FM mode to be very bad. I can barely understand peoples voices as the audio sounds muffled. I can try to make it better by reducing the BASS on my FM radio to minimum, and maximizing the TREBLE.I'm almost ready to open up the Roadster and see if I can figure out a hack for the hardware to fix this.

Somehow, I have downloaded two albums to my phone, at least Music Play in the phone says they are on the device, the phone.Where are they? And how can I see them, or delete them? How can I assure they go on the SD card and I'm not filling up the remaining native storage in the phone?I've used My Computer to browse the files in the phone storage and on the SD, I can't find the albums.

With the standard email client(for POP3 email...not Gmail) on my Droid X2 I can only find a select number of ringtones to use for email notifications. I would like to use a ringtone I have downloaded and am currently using for incoming calls. I've looked through the folders on my phone's SD card, but, to be honest, I'm not sure what I'm looking for.

I have tried Picasa, Windows Media Manager and Adobe Acrobat, all unsuccessfully. The three programs open other .jpg photos successfully. I can successfully email the pictures from the Razr and then open but cannot open after a USB cable download. A downloaded photo file which I cannot open is attached.

I received unexplained promblems seeking access to the internet. I tried calling home and the error message surprised me. I was no longer active. I needed to contact Verizon to reactivate my phone. I asked why my phone was deactivated. I was assured my phone was not deactivated and was walked thru a "re-activation process". I have now done this twice in the past 5 days.My car's bluetooth has alos allowed me to viewed the phone address book by "name' of my telephone number, including the telephone number.First name, last name and telephone number. So, while driving, bluetooth enabled, select the name of the person I want to call, push the button and viola!... hands free calling via my car's bluetooth.Now that I have upgraded... No "name' is listed, only the telephone numbers. I met with my local Verizon sales support person. He was stumped.We deleted the pairing, reinstalled the pairing 3 times. Still no address book by "name"... Stumped.

On my S4 I could go to my files and delete them as some of them are quite large. I tried going to downloads but they aren't there.
I also hooked up to my computer via USB and found the Adobe folder and the files but can't delete them. It pops up a "deleting" box but just sticks there on 1st one and never deletes it.
I love my new Droid2 Global, but I'm frustrated at a problem I've encountered. After several successful app downloads, installs and activations, I find that when I download an app, it gets downloaded and installed, but no widget appears, so I'm unable to activate/use it. The widget appears as an installed application, but I still cannot activate it. I can uninstall them, but not activate them.

1. What do the different colored boxes with the initial on it represent?
2. Can you turn off this colored box feature? i know that you can do it in gmail but how about the address "people" book?
I was trying to create a sub folder in my address book & now I can't find my original add book. The add book icon is still there, but there are no contacts in it. The best i remember i hit filter and chose business & typed in a name for what i thought would be a new folder or group. i'm not sure what happened, but I can't see any of my contacts. I have switched from personl to business & back again & it says "no contacts" on both. But if I go to email & put in a letter all of my old contacts that begin with that letter show up. & my speed dials still work. But if i go to sms/mms & do compose sms it shows "No Addresses"....well I spoke too soon...now if i go to email & type in a letter it don't show a list of ppl that begin with that letter.... I have tried taking the battery out with the phone off & on & it's still the same....

I opened "Files" and see the directory structure for the internal phone storage and my external SD card, but I don't see an "Apps" directory. Manage Apps under Settings provides the option to move it to the "Media" area, but what directory is that? Would that be in the folder called "Protected Content"? Looks like "Ringtone", "Image", and "Music" are the only sub-folders in there currently.

View 6 Replies View Relatedso I entered my Facebook account to Motoblur and it loads all my contacts to the adddress book. Not all people have their numbers/pictures on facebook so I also imported contacts to google and they appear. But this is where the problems start:
Number 1:
There is a linked contact consisting of Facebook and Google. Since the facebook account has no picture I went to Edit- > Use existing photo -> chose one -> save. It adds the picture but after I click save it is gone. I assume the problem is that I chose facebook as my primary picture source in Motoblur. But how can I add a custom picture instead?
Number 2:
I have a Google profile let's say "Josef Biden" but as he wants to keep some privacy he calls him self "Josef Doe" on facebook. But no matter if I choose "Josef Biden" and link it to "Josef Doe" or if I choose "Josef Doe" and link it to "Josef Biden", the final contact will be the facebook one "Josef Doe". Obviously that's not his name, how can I change this and make the right name win?
I'm having a great deal of difficulty downloading word docs on to my xoom and having the pages flip like a book. I installed kindle but can't get the applications to merge.
