When I try to send an email via my yahoo account on my phone (which is my main default email account), the address won't come up. It started doing this a couple of weeks ago. It will display 2-3 addresses that I must have used a few weeks ago as "suggested addresses" but won't pull up any others.

View 2 Replies View RelatedWhen I delete emails from my pc on my old earthlink account (yes, I still use an earthlink account, got too much stuff linked to it still) it doesn't remove them from my Turbo email folder. Not sure if I'm missing a setting or what but my old Droid DNA synced just fine. I'm using the default email app on the phone. I'm tired of seeing a ton of emails on my phone but only having 10 in my inbox via my pc.
View 3 Replies View RelatedAs the title says, I have a Droid Turbo that will not send emails with a few photos coming to about 15 MB. Same thing happens with our Razr M and Droid Minis, but my iPhone 6 doesn't seem to have an issue. Thought I could do something similar as the iPhone and choose what size I want the photos to be when I send (to at least make the email smaller), but I can't seem to find anything like that either. We are running Exchange 2010 and do not have any email size requirements set for incoming/outgoing mail or for the ActiveSync policy. They just sit in the Outbox until I delete them.

I have disabled all the moto actions, but the clock screen is still constantly coming up whenever the phone moves, such as when I'm walking or it is sitting on the passenger seat in my car! I can make it stop by disabling moto display, but since there's no LED to notify me when I get a text or email, I'll never know....
My razr maxx all the sudden ended up with 15000 contacts in it. I should have about 200 at the most. No fooling, they are all email addresses. Of course only 200 are ones I know. How do I remove them?
View 6 Replies View RelatedI have a new Turbo. I participate in a lot of conference calls using the same conference room code. To make it easier to dial in, I had it setup on my old phone (Razr Maxx HD) to send the room code after I connected the call. Worked great and I didn't have to memorize a long string and input it (while driving usually). Now, when I click ok to send the tones, they're sent so fast that it comes across as one tone and isn't recognized. Setting the tone length in the settings does no good - normal is still too short. I've tried putting commas (,) in between each number, but that takes sooooo long it defeats the purpose. What's going on or other way to send the tones? I've tried other dialers, but they all use the OS settings and don't do any better.

is this a setting that i need to disable?
the picture should just show up instead of me watching it on the "slideshow" which is just a waste of time.

View 9 Replies View RelatedSince I got the Motorola Droid Turbo I have not been able to send out mass text. my last droid phone I could click on people which then opened my contact list, there was boxes next to each contact for me to check multiple people. On the Droid Turbo, when I need to send out a text with multiple people there is no way I see to get to my contacts and click on multiple people. I send out a mass text every week and need to get this quirk fixed. I have also tried a few texting apps. but when I send out the mass text a message box pops up that says "SMS is sending a large amount of... do you want to allow? I click allow, but the box will continue to pop up over and over, but does not actually send out all of the texts. I only send 20 text at a time, so I'm not sure why it is not working as far as the texting app goes. Mostly I would like to be able to use the regular texting app that comes with the phone again.

View 7 Replies View Relatedwhenever I try to send an MMS message to an email address, the email recipients never get it. This happens on BOTH phones. The phone says it sent just fine and everything is rosey but the email recipients never get it. Once in a great while one WILL go thru however. The rest are stuck in limbo somewhere. Is this a network problem or my phone settings? These are AT&T compatible phones running Android 5.0 on Straight Talk. I called Straight Talk and basically got no where. The tech said it's got to be the area I'm in. I recently went on a trip to San Diego which is 800 miles away and the phones did the same thing. Wouldn't sent MMS to email add's. I will add that phone to phone MMS works just fine. The trouble is sending MMS from phone to email address. It doesn't work. Attached is a screenshot of my APN settings per Straight Talk.

My primary acct. is with Comcast and I have multiple folders set up for organization purposes; receipts, auto, ebay, etc. None of the email apps I've tried recognize any of the folders other than the inbox. Are there any apps out there that support this? Also, every app I've tried seem to only be able access the most recent 45 emails? Why don't they see everything in the inbox?

View 9 Replies View RelatedI love my Turbo but my email keeps re-downloading even after I've deleted. I just deleted 123 emails dating back to December. Then I heard email notification again and this time 149 emails were DL'ed again duplicating what I deleted plus some. With the Turbo you can't do a select all to delete so it's one at a time or check all and then hit delete. I can't keep doing this. I've checked email settings and I see nothing where I can get this to stop.

View 3 Replies View RelatedI have rebooted, contacted Verizon numerous times, been routed to a Level II technician, but nothing seems to solve the only intermittent problem of getting no notification sound when I get an email. The problem started out getting no ringtone sound when I got a call. Verizon finally fixed that by enabling something on advanced calling in their network. That took numerous trips to the Verizon store. Then, two days ago, I went back to Verizon with my wife to look at the iphone6 for her. I casually mentioned the notification problem to the salesperson, who said the problem was probably due to my downloaded sounds, and that I should stick to the sounds on the phone. I promptly went home and removed the downloaded sounds, but the problem persists. Because the problem is intermittent, no one has been able to fix it.

I used the same settings that I did with my RAZR MAXX HD. initially replies were sent correctly but after about a week they became jammed up in the Outbox. I had to delete the account and started again but this time it only worked for 2 days.

Also, there is a report button that doesn't seem to do anything. I am going out of town for work and desperately need to send or reply to corporate emails.
