The MSN email on my droid turbo is not syncing anything recent, so I want to try logout and log back in or uninstall and reinstall - how do you do either or what is the best solution to the email account not syncing?

View 2 Replies View RelatedWhen I delete emails from my pc on my old earthlink account (yes, I still use an earthlink account, got too much stuff linked to it still) it doesn't remove them from my Turbo email folder. Not sure if I'm missing a setting or what but my old Droid DNA synced just fine. I'm using the default email app on the phone. I'm tired of seeing a ton of emails on my phone but only having 10 in my inbox via my pc.

I'm thinking this is more of an OS related question, but I've been reading that the version of OS on the Turbo is almost stock so not quite sure how it works. When you store it to the cloud, is it the native version of the photo or does it use compression?
View 7 Replies View RelatedI use the default email app for my corporate Exchange account. It works great. I also have a Google Apps account for which I only sync Google Drive, so that I have access to my Google Drive at work. However, everyone in my exchange Active Directory has a duplicate account in Google Apps.
In my google apps account settings, I have contacts and Gmail set to never sync. Sync is off. However, whenever I am typing an address in my email app for exchange, all of me Google Apps Active Directory email addresses also come up, which is problematic because they are all duplicates of the exchange email addresses, since the directories are linked.
So my turbo is set up nice, but when I decided to add in my google play music account, after entering my email it says it cant communicate with google servers. I tried removing my google account and readding to the phone, but that didnt work either. 2 step verification is not turned on with my account as well.
Apparently all I had to do was click on my email that was on the main screen. Telling it to add an existing probably confused it? But anyways, now Im curious because my google music settings show NO authorized devices. Is my phone not authorized anymore? My old phone was on there, but I deleted it from the list, now no devices are there....I mean, Im listening to music with it, and I can buy songs, so Im confused. Or is it a moot point because I only use a STANDARD account?

My primary acct. is with Comcast and I have multiple folders set up for organization purposes; receipts, auto, ebay, etc. None of the email apps I've tried recognize any of the folders other than the inbox. Are there any apps out there that support this? Also, every app I've tried seem to only be able access the most recent 45 emails? Why don't they see everything in the inbox?

View 3 Replies View RelatedI love my Turbo but my email keeps re-downloading even after I've deleted. I just deleted 123 emails dating back to December. Then I heard email notification again and this time 149 emails were DL'ed again duplicating what I deleted plus some. With the Turbo you can't do a select all to delete so it's one at a time or check all and then hit delete. I can't keep doing this. I've checked email settings and I see nothing where I can get this to stop.

View 3 Replies View RelatedI have rebooted, contacted Verizon numerous times, been routed to a Level II technician, but nothing seems to solve the only intermittent problem of getting no notification sound when I get an email. The problem started out getting no ringtone sound when I got a call. Verizon finally fixed that by enabling something on advanced calling in their network. That took numerous trips to the Verizon store. Then, two days ago, I went back to Verizon with my wife to look at the iphone6 for her. I casually mentioned the notification problem to the salesperson, who said the problem was probably due to my downloaded sounds, and that I should stick to the sounds on the phone. I promptly went home and removed the downloaded sounds, but the problem persists. Because the problem is intermittent, no one has been able to fix it.

I used the same settings that I did with my RAZR MAXX HD. initially replies were sent correctly but after about a week they became jammed up in the Outbox. View 2 Replies View RelatedOver the last couple nights I've noticed that my Turbo won't charge overnight. I often read or play games before bed and it seems if I have a few apps open and then plug it in it won't charge. If I close all the apps down then I've never had a problem.
I've also noticed it freezing up at times and then rebooting by itself if I don't close open apps.
The phone is great and at this point I don't care about Lollipop. We've had 2 S5 go bad with Lollipop and until they get the bugs all worked out I'll keep munchin the kitkat.
