Nov 18, 2015It gives me the message There was a problem syncing this folder please try again later. This has gone on for days. I tried turning sync off and on a few times and restarted my phone. No go.

Jun 4, 2015Using inbox. I started using this app a few weeks ago. I delete an email, it goes to the trash. How do you empty the trash? If i long press on the email it comes up with a trash can. Don't press that because it just moves it back to the inbox. Not sure how this works.

If I press the lock button myself, the phone will lock and stay black with the time. If I unlock my phone and let it be, it'll turn to the rainbow colors. I have my phone on the turbo charger when this happens!

Jul 21, 2011According to tech support, the only way to empty the android email trash bin is to delete each email individually. With over 3000 email in trash, my thumbs would probably fall off.
Does anyone know of a way to completely empty the trash bin. Failing that, anyone know of an app that can empty the trash bin?

I cannot click the phone dialer, SMS, camera or app icons. Anything above this first row still works fine. I did a factory reset on the phone and still no luck.

Nov 9, 2011I was just using the Bionic to check email when bang, everything disapeared. o email screen, no phone icon or other bottom row and now notifications.All I had was 3 or 4 icons per screen and I could look at the screens double tapping the home and getting the big view. But most apps were missing from the home pages though and none would start. I finally realized that I was seeing a zoomed image of the home page scroller screens.I tried everything to get to the apps drawer but couldn't. I wanted to snap a screengrabber.I had to shut it down, restart and phone is back to normal.The image I'm attaching is mocked up from a capture I made with no background. May 23, 2012RAZR Maxx My problem is about the 4 bottom icons/buttons/keys (Menu, Home, Back, Search) not lighting properly. When in a fairly dark room they always stay lit. Last night before sundown the icons were not lit. It was too dark to see them without being lit. It also depended on the position. I do not know if this was due to internal position sensors or just getting different levels of light from the light sensors. I called Verizon Tech Support and they said this was normal. It may be "normal" but hard to use the phone if I cannot see the icons/buttons/keys.

Feb 21, 2012I keep getting a low memory warning and I need to find a way to fix it.I have about 1.3gb left on phone memory. My internal SD card says it has .90gb left, with 7.1gb being used. I have nothing in the media section and I have moved everything I can when presented with the option to make more room on the internal SD.Is there a way to clear more space? Moving apps to SD doesn't work. They just go to the internal SD card. I'm not sure what is taking up so much space. I don't have that many apps loaded up.

The next time you go in there, additional words may be in the input box.To get rid of it, opening the browser and hitting back seems to work, sometimes. Closing the keyboard also gets rid of it...but it will come right back if you open the keyboard again.

Jul 13, 2011I've been running into problems trying to install apps after a number of my apps have been installed that I had on my Droid X and X2. About 2/3 of the way through installing my apps, they started failing because of being out of space. Well, I found that moving apps to the media area (a la sd card on older phones) worked to get more installed, but after jockeying back and forth between installing and moving and then running out of space and moving newly installed ones so that I can install more new ones, I've hid a road block. I'm not sure what the problem is, as I had all of these on my older phones without problems and if I go to Manage Applications, my Application storage shows 578MB used, 1.4GB free.

Sep 26, 2015I want to take full advantage of HD video camera on my Droid Turbo, and found an external lavalier lapel microphone (Audio Technica 3350iS, which comes with an adapter for "smartphones including iPhone and newer Android phones"). But even when I use the adapter, the video recorder will only use the phone's on board mic. How can I disable/mute the onboard mic? Scoured the interweb, and at one point there was a perfect app "Mute Mic", but the NSA or Google or Motorola decided it was too useful to live.
