My dext with moto blur is not getting on, no switches are working to get it on. But when I put for charging I get a white screen with moto symbol, or some times a blank screen with a blue line in which Bootloader USB INIT is written. No switches are working.
View 1 Repliesi have a blank spot on my screen which stops me bing able to use some of my apps or text with the virtual on screen keyboard. I cannot use my slide out keyboard as when i press letters they randomly enter other letters then send automatically.

I've deleted the widget and reinstalled, changed all settings, even logged into FB and changed/updated the App settings there. Is there a MOTOBLUR outage? I'm also wondering if there is an incompatablity with Timeline, as ever since I can't see comments or likes on my status via my Social Status widget.
View 13 Replies View RelatedAround end of Dec 2011, Picasa sync in MotoBlur stopped working on my ATRIX (System Ver.45.0.25.ME860.Retail.en.05).
I tried remove and add my Picasa account again. When I go to Gallery and refresh, a message came up and said "This action cannot be completed."
Last night both my Twitter & Myspace accounts that are linked to my Motoblur account stopped working. I would constantly get an account error icon in my notification bar. I changed to passwords on both accounts, I made sure email and passwords were correct a million times lol
Nothing worked with Twitter or Myspace..SO I removed both accounts from my Motoblur account, re-added my Twitter account (which is now working fine) BUT my MySpace account is still not working.
I have removed it, changed the password, then tried to re-add it just like my Twitter account problem. It still won't work! IDK what is wrong, I have even tried without WIFI on
I get this error message from MotoBlur Account Management Screen when trying to add my MySpace account "Your entry is invalid, please try again"
Now I know this is false, can someone else tell me either how to fix this or is this a problem right now with MySpace?
I have to solve a pattern everytime prior to making calls and now one of my butttons on the touch screen will not allow me to complete my log in and have not been able to use my phone.
I try to get the "forgot log in " option to appear but it does not..
My phone is only 11 months old and the other day one minute it was working, and the next it completely went dead. I tried turning it on and of, charging it for a long period of time, taking the battery in and out but nothing seems to be working. However the keyboard lights up, the phone makes a sound whenever the charger is taken out, the volume keys make a noise, and just when I put it to charge using my Wii it made a different noise. I have already contacted Motorola and Orange and they have told me to reset it?
View 4 Replies View RelatedI recently purchaed a Motorola MB200 and just noticed that the phone is sending SMS messages to number 122 by itself. For every text I am being charged $0.20 and it is getting annyoing since this happens every 5 minutes. I have gone to the settings and did a factory default but this still happens! This leads me to beleive that there is something hidden on the phone that came from the manufacture that is causing this the happen.

Plus it drains the battery.We haven't been able to Google up the answer to this, and the sales associates are of no help.Does anyone know if this can be done? If so, can you supply the steps? View 2 Replies View Relatedjust today i did a factory restore to my phone running the 2.3.4 software and after reboot, where i had to give my motoblur data, i first set up wifi, than put in my account and password and did log in, it took unusually long ont eh progress bar and once it came al msot to the end it said there are issues signing into motoblur and i should retry, tried that twice to no avail, the only option i had was to turn off the phone, once i turned it on it already skipped to the location consent, with allegedly being logged into my account, but it wont load my settings from motoblur (ie the launcher setup or the speed dials in the dialer). I havent tried with a different account, since i wanted to get my settings back?

I've used different sim cards - I know this isn't the problem They said without a receipt I was stuffed - didn't matter that the phone was completely new (Sony Ericsson: if you have a new phone - they'll take the IMEI and will honour the warranty if a new phone)
I got a call back 5 min after the phone call They told me to update the software - the phone was due an update
I updated Yeeee ha! The phone lasted 1.5 minutes - and then started rebooting

View 8 Replies View Relatedafter seeing some videos of the droid 3 and now bionic, i see their version of "blur" is alot better than the version on the photon 4g....the version we have is laggy as heck, im currently using launcher pro. but the "blur" on the droid 3 and bionic are a lot different and seem to be a lot less laggy than ours. has a nice honeycomb look to it when adding widgets and what not. is there a reason we have the kia sephia of blur and they get the mercedes? is this coming to the photon?

Or if you don't use Motoblur, which home replacement do you use instead and why? I don't use MB. I use Go Launcher instead. I don't think MB is bad. It's just a matter of personal preference really, mainly because I prefer to have 5 icons in the dockbar and an drawer that scrolls horizontally page by page (how do you find what you want quickly vertically?). The other customisation options - 4x5 homescreens, 5x5 app drawer that can be rearranged, transitions and skins - are also great too.

View 15 Replies View RelatedI upgraded my motorola click to android 2.1 based on the instructions provided through motorola's web page. I checked all faqs and troubleshooting and have not reached a solution. After the phone restarted I was instructed to log back in to motoblur and now it is saying "the account does not exist on the blur service". It is also saying that when I try to retrieve my password from the motoblur portal. I know I have the right email address for my motoblur ID, but it appears my account has just disappeared. I haven't tried calling anyone yet because I know I will get passed around back and forth from Tmobile to Motorola. It seems there is no way to retrieve a lost id in case I have the wrong one. I did however go into the phone before I did the upgrade and verify that the motorola blur id was the email address I thought it was.

I usually use for calls and check some emails (I do not reply those emails from mobile) only.From last 2-3 days its not charging properly, when I plug in for charging it stuck on some %, e.g. I plug in on 25% battery and even after half an hour I found it on 25% itself or 31%.
