Jan 18, 2012I was wondering why the application manager in settings never show that the RAM is 1GB. it always show around 650 MB(adding free and used memory).

Motorola :: Why Is Atrix 4g Running So Slow
Nov 18, 2011My phone started running real slow about 4 or 5 days ago.Ive been doing speed test on it since I got it and the avrage Speed is ping-311 to 318 dowmload-570 to 610 upload 107to 110 for the last week it's been avgering about ping- 359 to 558 download-0.94 to 2.00 upload -.80 to .95.My signal stranght at the moment is.-77dbm ecno 4 rat 3g.

May 11, 2011When I click the menu button, settings, and manage apps, the screen goes to the 'Manage Apps" screen under the "Running Apps." The phone shows the circular loading icon and never loads. The phone doesn't freeze- I can go back to the home screen and such. If I go to settings, applications, and manage applications, the same screen shows up but under the "downloaded" applications tab and there is no problem. It would be much easier to just go to manage apps under the running apps tab so I can force close.

Aug 4, 2011After the 2.3.4 update, the calendar will show the incorrect organizer name for appointments that I have created. This only occurs when there is more than 1 Google account setup on the device.
example: The main account on my device is Joe@gmail.com, the secondary account is Bob@gmail.com. I create an appointment on the Joe@gmail.com calendar. On the Atrix Calendar it will show the appointment organizer as Bob@gmail.com.
If I click "show attendee details", the information is correct.
LG V10 :: Google Play Services Constantly Running
Dec 10, 2015Having problems with Google Play Services constantly running? Auto sync off for ALL of Google services. No location on. But battery stats showing Google Play Services running and cannot stop it. Right now it has used 20%. Wifi showing constantly receiving sending data, not many apps installed, in fact already did a factory reset.

Aug 17, 2011Brand new Atrix owner here, new to Android. Every time I try to open the default Email app (2nd from the left on the dock), I can only see the "Set up existing accounts" screen where I can add stuff like myspace and facebook accounts. I am linked to a gmail and twitter account, but I can't figure out how to get to my gmail from here. (I can get to it fine from the gmail app.)
Is something wrong, or is this just an accounts set up app and not an email app at all?

Aug 30, 2010I wanted to disable all data on the bb 9700 (OS 5.545?) and only use it as a phone/SMS.Question is i went into mobile network and i set Data Services to OFF.But i also read online that if its GSM it should change from EDGE to edge, and 3G to 3g.Well anyways on this phone its still saying 3G even tho data is OFF.

Nov 15, 2011I have discovered that some of my text messages are not being sent or received. Every text shows that it sends and shows a time within a few seconds. I would say I am 90% working fine, but important texts are falling through the cracks.Text messages I send with more than 160 characters auto blend into one message natively. Recipients are only receiving part #2.They never have received the first part on dozens of tries. Always the case from home and work. I'm connected to wifi at home and work. Oddly enough, I was able to disconnect from wifi and was able to send both parts of sms messages 4 out of 5 times. When i connected back to wifi, still only the 2nd part of the sms.A few of the regular sms messages that I confirmed didn't go through were more than 100 characters, but less than 160. So far, every small or low character count message has worked.
Didn't receive a couple of texts that I was able to verify were 100+ character texts. eems to be a larger message problem, but every picture I have sent has successfully gone through.Installed Go SMS tonight. Still had the issue when sending multipart texts that only text #2 came through.I spent quite a bit of time on the phone with Sprint today. We did a battery pull and he did a phone refresh remotely. I tried a test text while he was on the phone. I sent a 2 parter to my wife and it was received. I thought the problem was fixed, but the very next 2 part text only showed the 2nd part of the message. I have not been able to get a 2 parter to go through since.

Dec 18, 2012I did the Jelly Bean update on my two month old Atrix HD yesterday. Then my apps started closing on their own and then the homescreen started doing the same thing. Tried to do a FDR and I have the little android guy on my screen now with what looks like a rotating atom in his belly and a blue progress bar below him. Been like this for several hours now and I even tried calling the Motorola people and I'm still where I was. Can anyone offer a solution before I take it back to where I bought it from to see if they will even replace it? I did the holding down the volume buttons simultaneously and then the power button, got the motorola logo and then goes right back to this annoying little android guy with the rotating atom in his belly.

I DID wear my HR monitor...(Incidentally, I have a new NordicTrack treadmill AND the calories burned compared to my Garmin AND the MA (when I got calories from outdoor run) were ALL completely different..by a lot).I enetered the same data for all 3 re. weight, etc...

Sep 19, 2012I know that the audio coaching automatically advises you of your stats at 50% and 85% of your set (distance) goal while running.I could have sworn that previously I had the ability to set it to give status updates at a marked distance (0.5 mile, 1 mile, etc.) regardless of my distance goal. Am I correct, and that functionality is now gone? Or was I possibility using another setting or option, like intervals (I don't think so)?Please advise. I know I can do the shake/tap check any time, but it's so much more convenient to have the preset coaching.

I dont believe its a faulty battery as I have a second battery and will have the same problem with that one.Yesterday I hardly used my phone. I was at home ( which is in a weak signal area) and when I checked the phone at around 8pm it was dead. Off with no charge left. Started the day with an overnight charge.

Motorola Motoactv :: Running Workout Intervals?
Jun 3, 2012When creating running workout, is there a way to have more than the 2 intervals. For Example, it I'm training in different Zones, I may want to train in Zone1 for 5 minutes, Zone2 for 5 minutes, then Zone3 for 5 Minutes and repeat that set 4 times. Right now, it appears I havew to enter Interval (single) for Zone1, Zone2, and Zone3 and then add those intervala in that order 4 times instead adding them once in a single stage and then tell it to repeat 4 times.Is that correct or am I missing something? If that is true, I think you should make that enhancement in your next update.
