I purchased my Atrix about 3 weeks ago through AT&T. When it arrived I went to BestBuy and bought a PNY Class 10 16GB Micro SD Card. The first card showed as being a "Damaged SD Card" as soon as I put it in so I returned it for another one. That one lasted about a week before it started showing as a "Damaged SD card" I returned that one and got another one and it lasted about a week and now it is saying it is a bad SD Card.

I have a few cards in the app Cards (it sends personalized paper greetings and birthday cards through the mail) that show in my history (already sent cards as well as drafts). Is there any way to remove these cards from the app?
I'd like to change my SD card, and I'm wondering if anyone knows the best way to go about that. It's never been clear to me what's on the card and what's on the phone, so I'm wondering if there's a process to keep the essential things from the card and have them for the new card?
I would like to expand the storage in my Razr HD (Australia - using Telstra 4G Network).I am looking to buy a Sandisk 32Gb class 10 microSD card - just wondering if this is known to work with these phones? If not, which make/models do work? Does the speed of the microSD card make much difference when used with the Razr HD's? I see Sandisk also have a 16Gb 95Mbps microSD card which is quite a bit more expensive, but is it worth it?
I switched from an iPhone to this Motorola Defy one week ago, I purchased a 16 gig memory card to match the memory of the iPhone, and loaded about 10 gigs of music onto it. This froze my phone upon reading the card. I downgraded to an 8 gig card and loaded around 4 gigs of music, which also froze the phone. This time, however I was able to start playing the music before eventually freezing. I deleted all except 1.5 gigs of the music and now it works fine; however this is a waste of my money purchasing a large memory card; or even switching from the iPhone in the first place.
id like to buy one of those over 3000mah batteries for my atrix 2 , but where i live i can only find this batteries for the atrix 4g and im not sure if it works on the atrix 2.
My Motorola Atrix or Computer has a Problem install the ADB Interface so there for my phone wont connect to my Computer.I have a windows 7 32-bit operating system.I have tried installing Drivers Manualy, tried using the PDAnet Solution, tried unistalling all USB Ports, tried applications to help.
Will the Lapdock (and other accessories for that matter) work for the new Atrix 2 coming? I've only used the Lapdock lightly and it will be a real shame if it and the other accessories I've purchased over the past year won't work with the 2nd gen Atrix.
Some of my apps have the ability to be moved to the SD card and when I do, they function fine.But if they are on my home (or secondary) screen the icons show up as generic when the phone is started.Sometimes the clear but most of the time they don't.
I have just 'upgraded' from my trusty DroidX to a Droid Razr Maxx HD (what a mouthful).The new device has a nice screen but (apart from the backside) the overall finish / design is nowhere near as elegant as the DroidX. Sigh.My question is this: on my old trusty DroidX the external SD card that came with the device was already pre-configured as the default location for all app data (I'm not talking about the app executables), the camera storage (/DCIM etc), music and my own files (text, excel, pdf etc). On the new Razr Maxx HD there is an internal 'SD Card' (how can an SD Card be 'internal'?!?) and this is the default location for all data files.
After some snooping around I found that the internal 'card' is at /mnt/sdcard and the external card is at /mnt/external1. How does Verizon/Motorola expect a consumer find out this or work with this information?Of course, I can go into camera settings to re-point the camera to store photos on the (real) external SD card. But the screen capture utility (power and volume down) still writes to the internal area - as does the Download capability (ie from email) - and as do all other apps for their 'data' files (remember, I'm not talking about the apps executable files here).Is there a simple way (for us non-rooted phones) to set the true external SD Card as the default destination for all data files? The current set-up is sooo frustrating. I can't just whip the SD card out of the phone and know all my data is in this one place.
I have bought a usb-to-microusb adaptor wihout any luck at all. I mean the adapters seem the right ones, although they are not the otg type. It is just a standard female-usb-to-male-micro-usb adaptor.I`d like to be able to defenitely replace my laptop with my xoom for obvious reasons.Since i already own 3 usb hard drives (usb-powered, no power cordf). Each one a 500 GB unit.Since the xoom comes equipped with a micro-usb input, it seems that a sensible use for it would be any usb external drive, like the WD Passport series or even a std usb flash card?
For some reason my pictures from my camera are now storing to the internal memory and not to my removable memory card and I don't know how to configure my phone so that it stores to the removable memory. How do you do that?
I've tried to connect an external microphone so I can use my Droid 4 to record high quality video podcasts, but the video apps don't appear to allow input from anything other than the internal microphone. Even a bluetooth microphone. Other droids allow allow high quality microphones. The microphone adapters that work on the Samsung Droid Charge (and the iphone) don't work on Droid 4. It appears to have a different microphone wiring configuration.
I use my Motorola Bravo with headphones to play music when I walk. However, I'd also like to be able to play the music through speakers in order to pump the volume. However, when I plug in external speakers to my phone, the music sounds like it does through headphones. When I remove the speakers from the phone, the music plays louder than when I have speakers plugged in.
How can I use my phone to play music through speakers properly? Is there a sound setting that I'm missing to switch back and forth? I want something like when you put an iPhone into a docking station and you can hear the music clearly on the other side of the room.
I have looked through both email and gmail settings and cannot find how to set DL to my external SD card. I have had several PDF sent of manuals for Frequency Drives and they where stored on my internal. Not what I want.
Is it just me or is the external speaker weak on the bionic? I used to have a D1 original Droid which had a great speaker. It seems the one on the bionic is Not as good of quality or as loud.
I am looking to do some traveling and would prefer to leave the laptop at home. I have a flash drive that needs to be used during that time but is locked and the information cannot be extracted or removed. It can only be accessed using the flash drive. Is there any way to make this work with XOOM?
I recently bought a 32 gig class 10 micro SDHD card for my Bionic. I removed the 16 gig, copied the contents to my PC then copied them all to the 32 gig. When I go to Settings>Storage it shows that I have 30 gig, but I have moved some apps to it without issue and then I got an "insufficient space" message. I tried running a rescan SD app, rebooting phone, etc, but it still only allows me to put 16 gig on my 32 gig card.

I just got the droid turbo yesterday. I am trying to download my pics from my old phone with a Transcend RDP9 card reader but it is not being recognized. Nothing happens when I plug it in. The light on the reader comes on but nothing on the phone.
How do I set my phone to use use my external SD card, 32 gig, for as much as possible so that I can try to use only what is mandatory on my internal storage? I have my camera set to use my external SD card I'm not sure how to set apps, downloads, music etc to use external. Downloading music from Amazon MP3 app to my phone -- filled up the phone's internal memory. Is there an option to download data directly to my external SD card? I don't want to have to move all sorts of things, I just want the music to go to my SD card.
