Motorola Atrix 4G :: How To Respond To Meeting Requests
Jul 28, 2011Since updating to the Gingerbread release, I cannot work out how to respond to meeting requests in the calendar. I'm sure it's just something I'm missing but I can't see how to do it.How do I respond to the requests?

Oct 5, 2012When I receive a meeting invitation sent from Microsoft Hotmail / Microsoft Windows Live Mail / Microsoft Outlook to my Google Gmail account, I am unable to accept or decline the invitation from the Android 4.0.4 Gmail App. The Gmail App displays the email message as having an ".ics" attachment. Clicking the ".ics" attachment opens the event in the Android 4.0.4 Calendar App. Unfortunately, neither the Gmail App nor the Calendar App provide a way to respond to the sender with an indication of accept or decline. Further, the event on the calendar loses the information about the event organizer and instead incorretly shows me as the creator of the event rather than as an attendee.
A related issue is that the Calendar App insists on storing the event on the "Device calendar." More information on saving the event to the default calendar is described in the post "Problem saving meeting invites on RAZR." Android Issue 1257, "Calendar should support opening iCal .ics files" is also relevant.
Is there any way to use the ATRIX HD in a way that is compatible with iCalendar (.ics) format invitations? Test System: Motorola Atrix HD, Android 4.0.4.
Motorola Atrix 4G :: Unable To Accept A Meeting Invitation Request?
Aug 25, 2011Since upgrading to Gingerbread (2.3.4) on the Motorola Atrix I have not been able to accept/decline/tentative meeting invitations from my phone. Is anyone else having this problem? I do have 2 (multiple) Coporate Sync accounts setup where I am syncing calendar and email etc. I have not attempted to see if having one would make it possible. I can't accept the invite from the calendar nor from the email.

Jul 31, 2011Im running gingerbread and it came with a new update for the forest live wallpaper. Im suppose to be able to tap on the wallpaper to see the temperature/weather and a double tap should take me to accuweather. But taping it does nothing and the weather doesnt update either as it was raining and I hopes to see the animation but nothing happened.

Apr 22, 2012When I get a meeting invite from someone as an .ics file attached to an email if I open the attachment and press save it is saved to the local phone calendar and not my Google calendar, which has been set to be the default calendar. There seems to be no option to allow it to save it to the Google calendar (or move it afterwards), other than not saving it on the phone but waiting until I have access to my (non-Moto) Android tablet which doesn't have a local calendar, just the Google calendar.

Apr 28, 2012I've been amazed at how good the audio is when recording video at a live show with the Photon. I downloaded a couple apps to record audio (PCM recorder and Audio recorder), and they are both just horrible at recording loud, live music.
Is there an audio recorder for the photon that adjusts the mic sensitivity? It seems bizarre to me that the audio is fantastic when recording video, but a dedicated audio recorder app is beyond horrible.
