View 4 Replies View RelatedJust updated to 2.2.2 (CEE) and everything works fine. Thanks guys from Motorola. I have only two questions:1) How can I disable haptic feedback on buttons under the LCD? In settings I have already disabled it, same problem I had on 2.1? Is there any possibility to hide email contacts from all contacts? For example something like "hide all contacts without phone number" like it was on my previous Android phone?
View 4 Replies View RelatedI made a thread about this a while ago but I'm wondering if there's an app to solve this. On the nexus 4 you could make it so when you wake up the phone it requires no unlock but if you sleep it for (whatever you set the time for) it will then lock to the chosen security type.
Is there an app that can allow this to happen without having to just remove a lock feature which I'd rather not do? To simulate what i mean for some reason if you do a Google search bar search then then lock the phone and unlock it again you'll see it doesn't have you swipe for some reason.
I have noticed that moto x takes maple shots and tries to choose the best one. Is there any way to disable this?
View 3 Replies View RelatedI am using a Moto X 2nd Gen device running Lollipop on Verizon Wireless. If I have my volume for ringer/notifications set to vibrate and then I access Moto Voice (e.g OK Moto X, what is the weather?) for some reason the volume on ringer/notifications is increased to close to 70% of max. I can actually "see" it happen if I press the volume rocker down to vibrate and then initiate a Moto Voice command. (I am talking about the window that shows up at the top of the phone when you change volumes - I can see it change from vibrate to 70% of max).
View 7 Replies View RelatedI have been using location unlock when home for a while now, and all of a sudden it stopped working.
I tried restarting my phone, but that does not work.
Starting about 2 days ago, the haptic feedback has been randomly turning off. It started after I installed Clean Master. I uninstalled the app to see if that was the cause, but it is the still doing it. It will sometimes come back on its own. And it will come back after a restart. Is there anything else I might try before I do a factory reset?
View 1 Replies View RelatedSo you all know, with 2.1 you now CANNOT turn off haptic feedback (VIBRATION) for neither the lock screen nor the dial pad! Took sony so many months to release this update and still they managed to ***** it up!X10a with official Rogers 2.1 firmware.

View 1 Replies View RelatedRecently I have noticed that my g3 will randomly stop vibrating on tap (haptic feedback) and also at other times stop vibrating when New messages come in. I have already confirmed settings are set correctly and that the vibrate power is turned all the way up. If I soft reset the phone it fixes it. I am assuming this is a software problem bc it can vibrate so that's not hardware right? I have read that others have experienced it but not recently... I am not rooted and I am on a Verizon g3... I already hard reset the phone and it happened again...
View 3 Replies View RelatedFirst, I have Haptic Feeback turned off in Settings > Sound, but it still vibrates when I tap any of the four soft buttons above the keyboard. Is there any way to turn that off?Second, having had a Admiral before the Xprt, I loved the blue colors included in the interface. The Xprt uses a lot of red, which signifies "trouble" when I see it. Any way to change this red color so it does not appear on menu selections, buttons, etc.
View 3 Replies View RelatedI just received my S6 a few days ago (T-mobile variant). Got the latest update, factory reset it. Lately I've been having some issues with the haptic feedback and vibration when typing or receiving notifications. The haptic feedback when typing will suddenly be really unnoticeable or completely gone. I checked my settings in both keyboard settings and the Vibration settings under notifications and made sure I didn't accidentally lower the intensity. When I adjust the sliders, I can tell that the vibration is considerably less stronger than before.
View 3 Replies View RelatedUnder Settings/Sound, I have Vibrate on touch checked. I use SwiftKey and under those settings I also have it checked to vibrate on keyless but still nothing. I tried using the stock keyboard in case it's a SwiftKey issue but that doesn't vibrate either.
I just realized the phone doesn't vibrate at all, even for calls. When I set the ringer to vibrate, it's just quiet. Guess it's a hardware issue.
how to turn ON haptic feedback for google keyboard...In google keyboard settings I have "vibrate on keypress" turned ON, and also "keyboard vibration" turned ON in regular settings...But still, no vibration when typing.

View 6 Replies View RelatedIs there any information about haptic feedback (vibration) signals on the Droid 4? I have noticed sometimes after adjusting the volume with the side-mounted rocker buttons that I will sometimes experience a double (short) vibrate or a longer vibrate, but it doesn't seem to happen all the time. I have also experienced these feedback signals at other times, and can't figure out what is triggering them or what they are meant to indicate. They don't seem related to notifications or other obvious indications.
View 4 Replies View RelatedI've checked every menu multiple times and can't find any way to stop the annoying "buzz" every time I press the 3 touch keys at the bottom.
I found the "touch" menu that says it should have these settings, but nothing in there about this. I did find a few old posts going back about a year for other WP phones having this "issue."
i was wondeing if anyone could me with the haptic ( tactil) feedback for the security lock and keyboard, ive went into settings and turned both on, and still.
View 1 Replies View RelatedHow to turn off haptic feedback when typing on Nexus 5 with Android 5.
I have looked everywhere but can't find the setting.
When you unlock your phone by swiping up on the lock screen, if you try to swipe up on the Start screen immediately from the bottom of that screen, you will likely get no movement on the screen. If you swipe up from the top half of the screen you will likely get immediate movement of that screen. It seems as though when the phone performs screen transitions that the top half of the screen gets its touch enabled anywhere from a half a second to a second or two faster than the bottom half of the screen.
This became really apparent with the new animated lock screens that were just released. With one of those installed (aka the first choice in the list of animated lock screens), if you unlock your phone, try immediately swiping up from the bottom multiple times rapidly on the Start screen once it becomes visible. For me, it doesn't register a swipe for almost 2 seconds. But the top half of the screen registers a swipe almost instantly. It does have a little more of a delay on the top half than it does if you use just a normal lock screen.
I'm unable to stop Haptic feedback(Vibrate) while typing text. I have tried with Menu > Settings > Sound > Haptic feedback(De-select). But still it vibrating while typing.
