Previously in android, i used to just delete the sent media from the file manager. Since the folders of windows are not accessible, so i dont know how to delete them in my lumia 1520 windows phone.

The actual apps do not appear in the notifications + actions, as an option. I cannot turn on the notifications at all ! Feb 6, 2015I was wondering if any of you had this issue. I have a LUmia 1520.3 and everything works perfectly, except that if I am listening to music and I get a txt message. If that happens after the message is read and I return to the music the phone starts to play thru the speakers and the headphones.at the same time. There is a significant reduction in the volume thru the headphones but it still plays. I have tried different headphones and the problem persist over the podcast app as well.

Does the "App data and settings restore" feature in the Backup & reset setting of the phone will do the trick? Or do I have to do the manual way which is locate the chat history file in the WhatsApp folder, copy it to my laptop and then paste it later in my newly phone?

Galaxy S6 :: Backup Of Messages From Whatsapp
May 21, 2015I got some serious issues on the S6 with the backup of my messages from Whatsapp.Normally i use Helium to backup all my apps+data. Nowadays since Whatsapp has been part of Facebook this aint possible anymore.So i went the regular way, the backup messages and then copy the whatsapp/database to the new phone after installing whatsapp (Whatsapp is ofcourse already installed on the S6).It asks me to restore, i press yay!!!! All of the sudden it says it was unable to restore the messages.I tried many ways, emailing, through pc etc etc with the file to my new phone.I dont know if the file has been damaged through transfer, but normally you need to use your Sd card. Wich the S6 does not have!
Ok so i went to my girlfriend her phone and copied her backup to the S6 and tried aswell. Also doesnt work.I really want my messages back restored but it seems impossible.

Power saving is off, app optimization for WhatsApp is on default setting (can't change it because it is a system app), and data is running properly. All other apps do push notifications just fine. Running 5.1.1 COI9 build.

Jun 17, 2015I am using Galaxy S6 Edge. Issue started happening two days ago. Even when there are no new messages the WhatsApp icon shows "1" suggesting there is one unread message.
Also even though there are multiple unread messages it still shows "1" in the icon.
Tried clearing cache and force restarting the app and still doesn't work.

Original configuration , no insiders preview.Whenever we browse through whatsapp , whatsapp freezes and reboots the phone. We uninstalled whatsapp , reinstalled but that hasnt worked at all.
On my Lumia 950 ive noticed keyboard to stop working inside whatsapp and eventually causing phone to reboot. I am not sure whats causing the issue. Issue is on Wifi as well as cellular data. Its affection both 950 and 550. Today whatsapp update did not fix the issue.
