Feb 6, 2015I was wondering if any of you had this issue. I have a LUmia 1520.3 and everything works perfectly, except that if I am listening to music and I get a txt message. If that happens after the message is read and I return to the music the phone starts to play thru the speakers and the headphones.at the same time. There is a significant reduction in the volume thru the headphones but it still plays. I have tried different headphones and the problem persist over the podcast app as well.

Sep 28, 2014I'm relatively new to using the lumia 1520, and have just about got my start screen setup how I like it with tiles. However one thing that is bugging me, is that I can't appear to change the text size displayed in the calendar tile on my start screen. Is this normal?
I've messed with text slider in ease of access to see if this would improve things, which it does in other apps & internet explorer, but it doesn't appear to have any effect on the text size displayed in the calendar tile. If this is the norm, do you think that the size of text in the calendar tile may be able to be changed in a update. I'm running official 8.1.
Lumia 1520 :: How To Recover App Installed On SD Card After Hard Reset
May 26, 2015I previously saved the game 'Lost Echo' on my SD card. Yesterday I did a hard reset of my Lumia 1520 (without erasing my SD card) and after that, the game is no longer on my app list. When I go to the store to install it, it attempts to install a fresh copy of the game instead.
I plugged my phone to my PC and tried searching inside the SD card but found nothing. However, I can tell that the app is still inside the SD card as there is more than 1GB of 'other' files when I checked storage sense, which definitely must be the files for the app.
Is there a way to restore the app without doing a fresh installation? I really do not want to lose my game progress.

Sep 22, 2015I have a flickering display problem on my Nokia Lumia 1520 which makes the phone totally unuseable because when the flickering starts, all the buttons on the screen become frozen and half the time this happens I'm forced to power off the phone after which it works as it should for a while, then the flickering starts again. Oct 5, 2014I have had my phone since march. I really like it but lately I have to restart it about once a week. Yesterday the battery got really hot and it kept showing resume on the screen. I turned it off and then back on and it was fine. Other times it acts like the back button is being pressed all the time, and sometimes the phone is just unresponsive to anything. Restarting it seems to fix it but only for a short time.

I don't back up my phone often so my last backup was about 3 weeks ago so does that mean if I restore to that back up, I can only get msgs that was in that backup? If so, does that mean if I restore to that backup, all those msgs will be blended with the ones in my phone currently?
Another question: If I backup my phone right now, does that mean the deleted msgs are also backup? Which then I can restore to the backup with all msgs included.

Jul 5, 2012I have read through a number of forum posts and posts around the internet concerning whether or not you can recover lost text messages on the IPhone. The conclusion I've come to is that you can on iOS 4 (the text message files are actually still there until you sync next), but that isn't true for iOS 3. Is that true? I would very much like to get back some text messages that I've deleted on an IPhone 3G using iOS 3. It has not been synced since I deleted the messages, but the last backup I have is before I received the messages.
