Nokia Lumia :: Get The Calendar To Show Facebook Events And Birthdays?
Nov 18, 2012The first was notifications and I have been given to understand that the folks at Nokia are working on it.the second issue is the calendar. In the settings I have asked it to show Facebook and google calendar events. However, the calendar refuses to sync and show events. It's squeaky clean how do I get the calendar to show Facebook events and birthdays?

It looks like the interaction is only on or off for the phone without any individual settings, any way to keep the Outlook calendar from including Facebook birthdays without having to delete them individually or shutting off the Facebook integration entirely?

Every message I try to send states "Cannot connect to chat right not, but we are trying." I have tried removing my facebook account from my phone and my windows account from facebook, and it didn't work. I was almost thinking it might be some sort of update I am missing.

The phone itself is great, However after going through setting im trying to setup the Facebook lock screen I have gone through the options opened the app and selected how I want it to look but when I lock the phone and open it all I get is a blue screen with the Facebook logo Date and time no picture from Facebook, just a blank blue screen .

Nov 5, 2014I just got this phone and updated everything and so on.... And when I tap on the phone tile and then select the phone book all of my facebook friends show up as contacts. I have gone to settings and people and unchecked facebook under contact filters. I have logged onto my live.com account and deleted all of my contacts from there and made sure it is not syncing up with facebook and still have all my fb friends in my phone as contacts. When I go to people and swipe over to contacts I show none. I just want to get rid of all the facebook contacts and be able to add contacts one at a time.......
