LG G4 :: Screen Flashes When Charging
Nov 10, 2015it keeps going on and off when charging, how do I stop this? I didn't mess with developer options and "stay awake while charging" is not marked.

May 11, 2012I have noticed that when I am charging my wifi Xoom at night that the screen flashes a "glow" about every 5 seconds. What is this, and is it normal. BTW, it can only be seen in a dark room.

Jan 29, 2012I put the battery in to turn my blackberry on. The screen comes on white, the LED still flashes to say i have a bbm or text. When some one calls me i can answer it and speak to them.

May 11, 2012Everytime I open anything on my Iphone, it exits whatever I have opened up and returns to the home screen.I have deleted most all of my apps thinking this would solve it.It hasnt solve anything and continues to do the same thing. I have also have hit the top button and home key at the same time to reset things. nothing has worked. Is there a app I can download to take care of this problem,or can I take it to my local carrier and they can fix whatever may be going on?Im not sure if my phone is 4 or 4s

BB Pearl 8100 :: Black Screen Flashes 3 Red Lights?
Jan 30, 2010I have a BB 8100 (Pearl) and it will not boot only flashes red LED 3 times, pauses and flashes 2 more times.When I connect it to a PC, the computer doesn't see my device at all (yes, the USB port works--I back up regularly and can charge the battery). I've tried to connect with Desktop manager, Crack Mem, App Loader nothing seems to detect the device. I've been reading through posts for the last 2 days and can't seem to find any other solutions.So, if anyone out there has any other suggestions, please let me know!

Apr 21, 2015I will know for sure if it doesn't happen any more in the next day or 2 but I think the cause is Twilight (f.lux type app).. I uninstalled this and it kept happening, but rebooted and it hasn't happened since.Got my GS6 Edge yesterday, & have spent awhile configuring it, and recently it's started having full screen black flashes every so often (when going to home screen, changing pages, etc), and more rarely the whole screen will become very noisy glitchy as shown:
e.g. when I opened the Dropbox app just now, the screen flashed black and the static appeared, and will stay until I do something to the screen - I just tapped and it went away, couple seconds later it came back. Tapped the dropbox logo and black flash, static. It's not limited to Dropbox, homescreen + any other app I try seems to be the same.(on the bright side I've just switched from iOS, I design iOS apps for a living, and other than this issue this phone is in a completely different league for me than my old 5S)

last night my phone was on 2% and turned off, i didnt think much of it and when i got into bed put it on charge like i normally would..
the screen flashes up for a second or sony with the sony icon but then cuts out and when i have woken up this morning it is still doing this.
i have held the volume up button and the power on buttom, but nothing happens it doesn't even vibrate. I have also pressed the red button at the left hand side of the phone but again this doesn't seem to be doing anything.

Sep 4, 2014I have tried several different chargers and different outlets, same result. I was a M7 user for almost two years and I have never experienced that problem with it (even tried the same chargers on the M7, no problem) and it's quite annoying, to be honest. Although I appreciate the bigger battery and how it lasts longer, I like to use it at night while it's still charging (between the 40 - 70% range) and I find that while it is plugged in, the touch-screen is extremely laggy. It is very noticeable when swiping (it just randomly opens an app), when typing (it keeps opening recent apps), and of course when trying to play a game (it's just completely horrendous). The phone goes back to normal as soon as I plug the charger out.

BB Torch :: Screen Unable To Off While Charging?
Jul 22, 2011I am a blackberry torch user. I just purchased the phone few days ago and I have an issue regarding the screen backlight. My blackberry torch screen backlight will always stay on while charging even when i have exit the bedside mode. I also have to tell all of you that i have set the screen backlight time to 30 secs. I dont know what have caused this issue to happen. it didnt used to be like this. I am able to replicate this issue. i find out that to make the screen backlight work normally again i have to unplug the charger and replug it back to my bb and the screen can off after i have exit the bedside mode. in conclusion, i have to unplug and replug the charger to my bb in order to have my screen backlight to turn off after i have exit the bedside. Does anybody ever come across this issue before? I am not sure what version of os that i am running right now but i can assure that i am on the latest os since i just updated the day i bought it from my computer.I also have to tell you that there is no exchange policy in the place i bought my bb.

Jun 25, 2013For some reason, my HTC One's screen started to stay on indefinitely when being charged. Normally if i'm charging my phone when i'm on my computer. However, when I am charging it while i sleep, i just plug it in and then go to bed. Once I plug it in, the screen stays on unless I turn it off manually.
I set my Display, gestures and buttons -> sleep to 30 seconds but it has no effect. The phone turns it's screen off just fine if I am not charging.

Dec 10, 2014Yesterday after connecting a charger to the phone it shut off, and wouldn't come back on again.
It was after charging a few hours the phone rebooted, first stuck in a bootloop, when reset (vol up + on/off button) it started up.
Now while Charging the screen comes up, the phone shows a message for the Smart Connect program, but it's closed intermediately.
Also, the screen stays on while charging, won't go to black. When I push the on/off button to get the screen black, it immediately go on again.
