I already have my fonts as big as they will go, but I'm an old chick and even with the glasses and my nose on the screen its a pain in the rear. Anybody have a suggestion for me? It went straight to Android system recovery and now every time I push reboot system now, it goes right back to the system recovery page, and when I take my phone battery out and put it back in, it still does the same. Phone shuts down while it still shows 100 percent battery life. Normally not a big deal because I don't use it all the time but lately an issue when I'm working in Manhattan and it shuts down while in the middle of conversation or emailing. I can't go around charging it every hour wondering what my battery life really is.

Sep 1, 2011Recently noticed that my keyboard backlight is out. I am driving myself crazy wondering if I ever had keyboard backlighting. Verizon Wireless support had no answers, but suggested that we hardset the Bold again. If that doesn't work, then they will replace with a "like new" phone. Is there keyboard backlighting on this model? If so, any suggestions to fix? Lastly, anyone had any luck with challenging the "like new" exchange policy for a phone just 4 months old.?
