LG G3 :: Why Can't Send Or Receive Attachment MMS On WiFi
May 24, 2015
I just bought a LG G3 Verizon phone to use with ATT. I tried using hangouts, stock messaging and Textra for messaging and it works fine regular texting over wifi but cannot send or receive photo attachment. The APN is set correctly for ATT and cannot pinpoint the issue.
When out of range of wireless service but on a wi-fi network with internet access, should it be possible to still send/receive text messages? It seems to work fine with iMessage recipients but not others.
I have an Iphone 4S and have added my home internet email account to the phone. I am able to send and receive emails while connected to my ATT netowrk but I am unavle to send and recieve emails while connected to a WiFi. How can I get my Iphone to send and receive emails while connected to a WiFi?
I cant send or recieve email on my iPhone / iPad when on WIFI - when I turn off WIFI, it all works fine on 3G. I tried to delete my exchange-account, and then both gmail accounts works fine on wifi. Any thoughts? or rather; I think maybe it sends/recieves, but it takes a very long time.
i am currently on at&t and having send recieve problems on my defy xt 535 iv taken it to my local at&t store had myAPN data added still am unable to send or recieve pictures even on wifi
When I send an email with a Word attachment to myself on my BB, the attachment shows up as winmail.dat and will not open. What's going on? The Word-type app shows on my BB.
I cannot receive any MMS messages when I am roaming. I received a text with a picture attachment and I could not download the attachment because it came up with an error that said I had no data connectivity. The 3g data symbol was up and blue in color and worked because I was able to text via data roaming.I can send and receive calls and text messages while roaming, just could not get the MMS picture. I had everything checked correctly, data roam and call roam were both checked. The only way I could get it was to get to an area where I had sprint service to download. Is this a known problem? Where I work deep in the building I am usually roaming.
My iPhone 4S has been working on and off for as long as I've had it. There are times when I can't make or receive calls or send or receive texts. When I attempt to make a call, it never rings and when I try to end these calls, it doesn't register that the call has ended. People receive these calls but when they answer, there is silence. If people call me, I don't get any notification of this.
When I send texts, the loading bar at the top of the page never reaches the end - the same things happens: people receive the texts but when they reply it never reaches me.I have replaced the phone and it did t make a difference. I am with Vodafone and I'm always in full reception when this happens. When I connect to wifi, the text messages (but not missed calls) come through.
I have an iPhone with sprint, and it has worked more than amazingly prior to this. It wasn't until last night around 12am that this started. I have had the phone for 4 to 5 months now. The bars in the top left are flat and occasionally one will pop up. I can t make calls and texts are slow to or just don't send at all. I was messing around on my download app in the browser and it closed and then thu problem arises. I have deleted the app even turned on and off my phone several times and turned airplane mode on and off several times. Please help:/ this is not an issue with location, and everytime I make calls it just says "calling mobile..."
I have had my Blackberry 9700 since July 2010 with no problem until this past week it has stopped making and receiving phone calls and I can't send or receive SMS. When I try to make a call, it instantly comes up with "Call Failed". I have talked to my carrier (o2) and they too cannot come up with a fix, there is no issue from there part as the sim card works fine on another phone. Strange thing is I can still use the internet on 3G, send and receive emails and my BBM works.
In Manage Connections >> Services Status, it says:
Status: not available Connection: not connected Blackberry internet service: Connection: Mobile network
i'm using BB Bold 9780 having 6.0 Bundle 863. I'm not able to send or recieve MMS. whenever i send MMS it gives Red "X" sign. have spoken to customer care of service provider

I am unable to send or receive mms on my iphone4. I've tried several troubleshooting techniques to resolve this matter, but the problem stillpersists. !
Nokia Email Messaging has been working ok for 3 months but has just stopped working, Have done all the normal stuff - soft reset , cancelled account and made a new account but I cant recieve or send any email at all. I have Gmail accounts , Yahoo and Ovi but none of them work.I have noticed when you go into settings for one of the accounts and look at the username and password for the Nokia Email Account , in the Password box it always shows `NONE` I have tried to put in my password several times but it always reverts to NONE. Is this correct? It seems it cant save the password ?
The only thing I havent tried is a hard reset but thats a last resort.
Please help me sort out an issue I have with my, new N85 phone. I can receive text msgs but cannot send them. I have followed the guides that i have got from Nokia but the phone won't allow me to change the message centre number that I have been given. It says that i am unable to change it as the phone is reading from the sim card. I have put the sim into another nokia phone and it shows the right number. why won't it see it on the new phone and why won't it let me change it.
This is the wrong time of year not to be able to send texts, all my family and friends have stopped talking to me as they think I'm being rude!
