I have a one year old LG G3 phone. Its now shutting down by showing Invalid battery error. The battery is original and came with the phone on purchase. It was working fine and what happened all of a sudden? Tried to reboot remove battery, clean etc. It continues to give same error.
View 1 RepliesBoth my wife and I have Defy's owned for 4 months and upgraded to Froyo 2.2 some weeks ago.both working normally.Then yesterday my phone, for no obvious reason, came up with the message "Invalid Battery.Your device battery is invalid and cannot be charged. Replace the battery with an origional motorola battery." Also the battery symbol at top right of display is black, not green, and has a? mark in it. I have checked my battery, which came with the phone, and it is official Motorola with hologram. So is my wifes.I tried swapping the batteries and while my battery works perfectly in her phone, her battery in my phone gives the same errors.I then tried a master reset....Twice! Both successful, wiping all my data, and requiring me to set up the phone again, but problem still remains.
View 6 Replies View RelatedThe last few weeks my droid turbo has been acting up. The first time it shut down it showed 28% battery remaining, second time 33%, then again yesterday it shut down showing 73% then again showing 78%. Today it shut down again showing 78%.
I plug it in for ten minutes after each shutdown and it will work again and show that the batter level went up while charging.
I use my BB for personal use only. The email account I have registered on the phone is my gmail account. Just today, I noticed I can no longer send (compose new or reply) emails using this account on my phone. I get the following message in the email I attempt to send:
message status message included an invalid address
I can receieve my gmail messages on my phone no problem. My gmail account login information is correct on the phone.
I've tried searching for this problem but what I find always seems to be related to enterprise configurations using an Exchange Server and the fix was for the Exchange server. That doesn't fit my scenario.

For the past few months, the LED light never blink when the battery became low. It always suddenly shuts down the blackberry even though I don't use much of the battery yet. Last week, it became worse. It happens few times a week. So a few days ago i decided to update the software and restore my blackberry..
Afterwards, it became worse. My phone keep shutting down even though battery is still 85%. It wont turn on even if I press the power button. So I took off the battery and insert it back in and after rebooting, the battery will be left with 50%. This is a software problem, virus or battery problem?
It just shuts off, and once I put it on the charger, it will turn on with 18% or more. This has been happening for the past few days now, and I don't know what's going on.

Every time when I want to update I get a message that there is an invalid signature. I can't find any solution for that problem! Please help? It always stops during downloading and always the same message. According to what I could find it has something to do with error number(s) 3000-3099. But when I click on that I get a short message at the bottom of the page which says something about "an error on that page", so I cannot open it.

I'm new to this forum, so if this problem has been discussed & solved, I apologize. My Bold 9700 keeps dying/shutting down unexpectedly. It takes forever to get it to start back up (flashing red light). Sometimes I even have to remove the battery to get it to react. When the loading bar finishes & the screen comes back on, the battery is completely dead, even though it was at least half full before this happened. BTW, this happened several times with my old battery so I bought a new OEM battery. It's happened twice since then. Even stranger, when I was with a friend today, her Bold did exactly the same thing.

this has only recently started happening. i checked the usage and i dont think it is anything to do with any applications, is it just a chance that the battery is worn, iv had it for about 18 months now.
I have a curve 9300, when I was using it, a message popped up saying that the battery was drained and it was shutting down. It was fully charged at the time and I haven't been able to turn it back on. I've tried taking the battery out many times and I've left it on charge all night.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI have a storm 9530 which has worked alright for me for a little over a year now. Then one day my phone started shutting down on me in the middle of any kind of use. To be more specific if I am on the phone making a call, I can go no longer than 10-20 minutes before my phone shuts down on me on a full battery! It will be at 100% then when I start to do things like make a phone call, or do some texting for 10-20 minutes none stop, use an app of any sort for more than 10 minutes, basically any kind of extended use and my phone will shut down on me. Then it will start to reboot and sometimes it will turn back on but then will have only 20% battery or other times it can't even start back up until a battery pull and being plugged into a charger. Now I have my phone almost always on a charger whenever I need to use it and it is getting really annoying having it shut down all the time. The phone does get hot at times when running these apps, music, phone call etc...What is going on here?? Has my phone gone bad? Do I just need a new battery? I am running the v5.0.0.328 (platform 4.2.0.128).

I need help getting my Motorola Atrix to charge up the battery. When I plug in the charger the following message pops up in a box, " /! Invalid Battery.Your device battery is invalid and cannot be charged.Replace the battery with an original Motorola battery."I have the original Motorola Atrix battery that it came with originally. Problem occured out of nowhere. I cleared data/cache, rebooted phone, flashed different roms, took out battery then put it back in, used RSD Lite to flash back to stock 4.1.83 Atrix via sbf file but nothing worked.

I recently bought a w890i locked to the Three network, and unlocked/debranded it using Omnius. I've done this before lots of times, so I know I didn't make a mistake. I have all the right drivers installed and I followed the instructions to the letter.However, when I finished, I noticed that I was getting an "invalid Sim" message. I tried unlocking it again but it didn't help - it said it was already unlocked. I checked the lock status using left,left and sure enough, it is unlocked. So just to rule out a problem with the sim, I tried a few different sims that I had lying around. The Three sim that came with the phone didn't work, and neither did the O2 or Vodafone sims that I tried. but an old Virgin Mobile sim worked perfectly. So what's the problem and how do I fix it. It's possible the problem was already there before I unlocked/debranded the phone but I never checked since I'm not on the Three network.I thought it might be a problem with the CDFS. I backed-up the TA and CDFS from another w890i as a precaution (like I say, this isn't my first time) but I never backed this one up beforehand believing that I could just use the TA and CDFS extracted from the earlier phone. However, now I've read that the CDFS is unique to each phone, so I'm wondering what I should do. What will happen if I try to restore the TA/CDFS from another phone? To be honest, I don't really understand anything about them.I've tried re-flashing the firmware, too. It didn't help. And there's nothing wrong with the firmware - I've used it before. I know I could get the original firmware back by uploading the old CDA and connecting to the SEUS, but would that really help at all?I'm a bit of a novice, in way over my head here.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI bought an iPhone 4s in November 2013. The phone is through Sprint. (didn't know if that made a difference or not.) In the past 7 months the phones apps have been opening & shutting right down, the app might stay on for 2 minutes if you're lucky. It started out with my Facebook app shutting down, then it progressed to other apps & the repeated random shutdowns have been getting worse. The phone itself overheats without even being plugged into the charger. The Safari is now beginning to close randomly. I called my carrier & they said that they could run a diagnostics test on my phone to see what's making it do what it's doing. Since the phone has been shutting down & randomly shutting apps off for over 7 months, they've ruled out the option of it being a bad software through Apple.
