AT&T LG G3, Lollipop 5.0.1 ... All of a sudden, all incoming calls are displayed as "+1 xxx-xxx-xxxx". Up until recently, they were always displayed as (xxx) xxx-xxxx. Is there a setting where I can disable the "+1"?

View 8 Replies View RelatedI purchased the 8530 Curve and sync my contacts from my data base (437 of them). When people call or text me I always see the phone number, but not always their name? So I don't know who it is...frustrating!!! Yet, when I call out, I do see their name. Then to make it worse, it is random...meaning sometimes it works and sometimes it does not.

After upgrade completed, the numbers of calling contact are not being recognized anymore, although these contact exists and saved in android's Contact app, and backed up in Gmail accounts. Also, all incoming and outgoing calls in the call log are not recognized, although they were recognized before the upgrade.
This is very critical for us, since one of the phones is used as a business phone and it's crucial for us to know who's calling.
Can Receive incoming calls but cannot make outgoing calls. Plus texting is working find both incoming and out going.

Whenever a call. Comes immediately becomes missed call in single ring though I try to attend.

My phone is a UK model.UK Vodafone have terminated the Passport service as of 1st November which means I now go on to NZ roaming which at �1.65/NZ$3.30 a minute is somewhat steep - I also pay that amount for the incoming call.I now need to block all incoming calls on my phone so as I am not tempted to answer calls at odd times of the day or night (quite hard when we are 13 hours ahead of UK and totally out of sync with them) and pay extortionate amounts of money BUT I need to leave the phone available to make and receive text messages.It is not as easy as to just get a NZ phone contract as this was my life line with friends and family in UK until my provider pulled the passport service so need to disable the phone I have.how to do this so as I can still send/receive text but NOT receive voice calls on my S2?

As well as this, all my text messages have no contact names assigned to them, just their number. However in my call log, my contacts names come up... And when I click on view contact through the call log, the contact's details all come up!!! For example, one of my contacts, John, is saved on my call log and when I click on view contact through the call log, his address and number comes up, so it is saved. However when he calls, his name doesnt come up...So I'm assuming my contacts are saved on my phone somewhere, but they dont seem to come up on my contact list or text messages!! When I get a picture with text, I'm able to view the text message fine. One of the users in my group text has a Samsung note and he is getting the same thing.
I am having with my BlackBerry Bold 9900. The time for incoming SMS messages is constantly saying 03.10am, and when I scroll over the message it always says "received 1 minute ago", regardless of when the message was received. My sent messages seem to be working fine and the time and date have been set correctly. The phone is only a week old and the software is up to date. I have tried removing the battery and rebooting the device but nothing has worked.

And then if i try to check the call history, it doesn't show up, instead it shows all the contacts from address book. I'm getting this problem quite frequently now, like 2-3 times a day and need to reboot the device in order to see my call history.
