my iphone 4s strangely began to hum when it vibrates.I bought it last May 2 and Tuesday morning began to hum very strange when it vibrates.when pressed by l lower right corner the buzz subsides leaving only the vibration.
Recently my phone has started to randomly restart and when it boots back up I see an error alert (!) in the notification bar indicating that the phone has recovered from an "abnormal reset" and the error message suggests sending the log file to HTC.
On silent and normal profiles, the vibration stops after around 20 seconds even though the incoming call persists. How do I get the vibration to continue?
So I had a message a couple of days to say that I should do a software update for Blackberry 7.1 (Ive got a Curve 9380). I finally got around to doing it last night, left it overnight and then when I woke up late this morning it kept going to the reboot screen, once the bar at the bottom has reached 2/3 complete it then displays a message: "abnormal reset detected during upgrade. Press any key to return to pre-upgrade configuration" then I'll press a key and it will return to the reboot screen get to 2/3 of the way through and the message reappears. What should I do to make it work?
In any other Android phone that I've seen the Android OS drains at most 10% of the battery, being the Display the most power hungry component. So I guess that something is really wrong here.
I have been trying to unlock it for use in Italy, but I can't get past the initial setup which is asking for my original Samsung login ID, which I obviously don't have. In addition, I can't flash the rom with Odin or install off of external SD card, because I cannot root it.
I have purchased a 2nd hand Samsung galaxy s5 online. it wont et me access the phone as it is locked due to an abnormal factory reset and is requesting a Samsung account id and log in - clearly I don't have one and it appears it needs to be the previous owners. Is there a way around this in order to access the phone?
Today she showed me that her lock screen was lagging every time she swapped to unlock it. This is kind of annoying especially for a dual core phone. We did find out that a quick reboot fixes the lagging for a while. Is there a fix for this besides rebooting the phone?ssue #2While looking at the battery usage on the Razr, I noticed that Android OS is using the majority of the battery this seems incorrect. I have checked my original droid and other android phones, yet I have never seem the OS use more or anywhere close to the display usage.
Wanted an SMS boost so i downloaded Asvibra last night. Right after i tested it, i had no vibration at all. So i thought maybe it messed the Plist up, so i went into ifile and went into the Frameworks folder and i dont have a Privateframeworks folder or anything with celestialframeworks.
I deleted asvibra and still got nothing. Any options besides restoring?
Im not even sure if this is possible, but I just want my text notification to be a vibration instead of a sound.I've tried putting the vibrate option on and text sound to 'None', but it doesn't work.
how to turn off the vibrate function on the alarm clock on the 5S without I must install other apps? Note that I still want it to vibrate for the other notifications.
I am trying to set an alarm with no sound, but with vibration. My particular alarm sound is set to "none," and the vibrators are ON in Settings / Sounds for both "silent"and tone sounds. With these settings, neither my wife's iPhone 4 or my 4s will vibrate when the alarm goes off silently.
Over the past couple of days, my phone (iphone 4) has been random vibrating and/or making various sounds. When this happens, there are no notifications. It will just sound or buzz for what seems to be no reason. Most of the time, my applications are not on. I have push on for my mail application, but that's it. The phone is in good condition, it's never been dropped or damaged in any way.
This morning, I go to work and I silence my iphone as usual to be in the office. But when incoming calls or other alerts appeared that the vibration isnt working. Its it just a glitch or i need to send my iphone to service?
I have the ios 6 beta on my Iphone 4, and have managed to turn off the vibration for all the apps, but I can'f find where to do it in the aol AIm chat app?
no entry for aim in settings/sounds and no entry for vibrate in aim settings. Maybe I have to wait for aim to update to ios6.
When I have attempted to connect my iPhone 6 Plus (running 8.1.2) to my MacBook Pro for syncing with iTunes, my iPhone has a pulsing vibration. It stops after I disconnect.
I recently bought two iPhone 4S.. but one of it has a loud buzzing sound during vibration mode but the other one is perfectly fine..I bought it from Maxis center.Went to maxis center to ask for an exchange but they couldn't exchange a new one for me. They said if they were to send the phone back to Apple, I would probably get back my same old buzzing phone because it wasn't hardware error. Is there any other possible way to exchange??
Sound is not working when I get text messages or other alerts and notifications. Phone only vibrates. I have already checked settings. Even keyboard clicks are not making a noise and under settings it is set to make a noise when clicked
My job requires me to carry a Blackberry and it has one feature that I wish was available on the iPhone: It waits until I finish a phone call before it beeps or buzzes to tell me that I have a new email, text message or other notification. Is there a way to tell the iPhone to "hold my messages" until I hang up?
The phone's volume buttons suddenly stopped working and today the phone is in a constant vibration mode even when not using. This started when a call came and ever since then the phone is constantly vibrating. Can feel the motor running at the back but not sure why it is running in such a hyper mode. Not sure what the problem is.
I charge my 5s phone at night, and about halfway through the night my phone starts to vibrate to notify me that it is done charging which is great but it constantly wakes me up as it goes on all night. is there a setting I am missing to turn this off? my wife's 5s does not do this nor does my son's ...
