My daughter has an iphone 4. She is trying to find a docking station so she can charge her iphone and play music thorugh it. We have tried at least 4 different models and none of them will work. When she plugs it in, the iphone reads "not compatible with this device" (or something like that) the weird part is that I have the same phone, same IOS 5.1.1 and my phone works just fine with all the docking stations she's tried.
i am to connect my iphone4 to the ipad docking station on my boze wave radio the radio (plays on my phone) but when I hit the aux on radio remote, no sound comes through radio..all ports and wires are connected...am i missing something?
if I buy a Droid docking station, can I use it with the Milestone as well? The Droid and Milestone have the same chassis and specs, the only difference is in the radio (Milestone=GSM/Droid=CDMA), right?
I have an Otter Box case for my Milestone. I was thinking to buy a docking station, but was wondering if the phone will fit on it with the case on the phone?
The vehicle navigation dock and the HD station both feature a removable insert esigned to allow you to use them with your case still on. The real limit is 1.5mm for case thickness. The motorola black leather, chrome, and gray/silver case is too thick despite the suggestion of one of the sprint reps (however it does come off easily as promised). Outbox also says its cases are too thick.
Xoom - LTE (ICS). I have HD docking station and would like to know if there is an option to keep the display on. My Android 4 phone/docking station has options to show time/date. Does the Zoom (ICS) have options as well? If so, where can they be found?
My friend told me it should be possible to find where I parked my car in a large parking station? How do I do this? Somehow mark the car area before I leave?
...(Time Capsule i.e.). It does not connect to the allocated Airport Express Stations in my house (3G connectivity is just fine). No such problems with my new iPad and Macbook as the do connect to the nearest Airport Express or Timecapsule..
My Wifi Base is a TimeCapsule and I have 2 allocated Airport Express stations to extend the range within the house...
I have an iPhone 4s and want to transfer spreadsheet .csv files i receive in emails to my total station, which I can already connect to using bluetooth. The issue I have is I cannot send the file from its email as an attachment.

Does anyone how I can get rid of my phone's annoying 'docking sound' every time i plug it in or set it on the dock? I have created a custom profile for work but I cant seem to find that setting.
I am having a problem when I dock my Droid X2 I get the notification sound every few minutes. This is very annoying so I muted my phone and this is fine until it time to wake up and the alerm doesnt sounds because I muted my phone. So my question is how to I stop the phone form playing the notificate every few minutes or how do I turn off the docking notification. I see nothing in the dock settings which is where it has been on every other android phone I have owned.
I finally received the docking station, keyboard, etc.. but when docking my only options are Photo gallery, Music, and Mirror -- no Webtop. If I manually launch the Webtop Connector application, I simply get two tabs: "Webtop Sessions" and "Webtop Bookmarks" -- and the Sessions tab says, "No webtop web pages to resume; an a link to "Learn more about Motorola webtop." -- which is just a video that trys to tell me what great capability I'll have once it actually works. When I check the running services and applications (under Manage Applications), there is a Webtop service, but it shows 0.00B - presuming that it means it is not running or taking up space; and a Webtop Connector application showing 28.00KB.
If I have auto brightness enabled, I dock my phone, it goes into bedside mode, I pull it off the dock and auto-brightness no longer works. I need to tap the auto brightness icon on the power control widget for auto brightness to work again. The power control widget will say auto brightness is enabled the whole time, but it does not work until I tap it once after I pull my DROID3 off the dock.
3) The phone was no where close to water ? & 5) I did not open the phone and tamper with any of the hardware neither did i flash the phone through any 3rd party software or tool. When the 2.3.3 update was out for the X10 i updated using the SEUS and then the phone worked fine for about a week and then one fine day it did not turn on.
If you have an FM radio why would you download an app for a certain radio station? Are the radios any good reception wise?I cycle a lot and use my radio during my rides(not on road either..).
For some reason, when I use the mediastation with my Atrix, I get an echoing sound. It's as if big room or concert hall is selected. The sound plays fine through the headset plug on the phone itselt, but all sound from the station sounds like it is in a tunnel or distant.I have tried sound settings for wired devices to no avail.
I'm using the real player to stream a bbc radio station, it's streaming at 64 bit rate, however my friend has a e71 the same link using real player stream at only 20 bit rate (a third). Does anyone know how to adjust this (as it's costing me 3 times as much). The only difference I can see is the real player version, where can I download older versions of real player or can someone recommend an apps will can stream.

I am unable to play HBO Go videos on my Bionic using the HBO Go app and the Bionic HD Station (dock). The videos display perfectly on my phone. When docked, I can see everything on my HD TV that I see on the Bionic until I press PLAY. The screen rotates to landscape on the TV then the following error message apperars: "Please unplug the HDMI or TV out connector and try to play the video again." I have done the following:
Powered off and removed the battery for 30 sec. as instructed by Motorola.Cleared the HBO Go app datUninstalled and reinstalled the HBO Go app Have talked with Tier 2 reps with Verizon and with Motorola. The latter says it's an HBO issue and that I should contact the developer. I haven't found an easy way to do that yet, but will keep trying. Until then
I have an iPhone 4 that I want to plug into my car so I can listen to my favorite online radio station. How do I do this? And is all I need is an A/C adapter? Please list all possibilitys.
I'm trying to connect to an Airport base station that has a 6-letter password, but my BlackBerry insists that it must have 6 or 10 digit hexadecimal password or something like that, and won't accept when I enter the correct password—it won't even try to connect! Is it me or is this a ludicrous problem? I've searched everywhere and can't find a solution. Changing the base station password is not an option because it's shared by a lot of people.
how to switch the adapter plate on the HD Station? I am trying to get my RAZR MAXX to fit without taking off the cover each time and it appears that the additional adapter plate will do the trick. Problem is I cannot remove the one that comes installed.
