I need to know what I am doing wrong, my bluetooth does not work with other blackberries or other bluetooth cell phones when transfering files. I need help!
When I connect to a bluetooth device, like tonight, a LG VX11000 Cell phone..I am getting "connection to LG VX11000 terminated" A/V Control Remote Control (red X)
I have gone all the way thru searching device pairing entering the 0000 and it seems to go thru until its time to send a file,
I want to find out what bluetooth devices my mobile phone have send file to. I have Sony Ericsson K810i. I think someone have send photos and video from my phone to another.
I had purchased a NL710 two months ago and it is very different from others, especially s60v5 ( Nokia 5800 xpressmusic ) which i was using previously. The only thing that Gives me a shame is when my friends ask me to capture their images with my Smartphone and SEND IT TO THEM VIA BLUETOOTH. I can't because my SMARTPHONE does not have BTF. They start laughing at me. **bleep**.I don't know that if MS will add it later but i was unable to get any rumours of BTF IN WP8. In Developing Countries Specially mine i.e. India there are daily 4-5 Files transferred with Bluetooth among us. So it's a big pain after paying for getting the full experience out of a NOKIA.I Think Nokia should Add it to their Lumia's by adding it directly to WP or Release a Software for sending files...If Yes then please make a comment on my Topic and if No please let us know why..
i installed the bluetooth file transfer app from the market and it worked fine for a couple of goes, then my 6 yr old got hold of my phone and i am not sure if he altered some sort of setting and it is now not sending out files (it says on the recieving phone, - connection dropped- ) it is also now not connecting to other phones. Is there anyway of finding out what had changed so i can fix it, would a reset work if so how to do it.
Ok so i have a total of 50462720 bytes and only have 10133042 free. I know i have some application that take up room but is there a way to increase my total and free bytes?
Does anyone know how to either set up a local adhoc network connection or a Bluetooth conection between a RAZR and a DROIDX to facilitate file transfers between phones? I tried Bluettoth - the devices are paired but will not connect..
I have a bought a new Blackberry Pearl Flip 8220 model recently from a retailer. I have been facing a strange problem for the past two days. Whenever, I try to enable the blue tooth. The phone's Bluetooth does not get enabled. Please help in this regard as this is very annoying because I sync my Outlook and mobile using Bluetooth.
I have a Nokia 5800 XM. I am not able to receive any file via Bluetooth if that file is not openable by Nokia. ie., if I receive a jpg or mp3 file, it receives fine, and when I open it from Messages, it tries to open it, and then I save it from the Message to the Gallery. But when I try to receive some other type of files which is not supported by the mobile, it receives the message, but it fails to open the bluetooth message and as a result, I am not able to save it to the Mass Memory. It says Un supported files. Say for instance, I am trying to receive a docx (Microsoft Word) file, then I face this problem. Is there any way to save the file directly to any folder in memory without trying to open the received message?Had it been some protected files like .SIS or .SISX then I would agree, but It's bad if I am not able to receive general files.
I am curious if there's a way to keep the built-in headset speaker enabled while the phone is connected via Bluetooth, even if this means downloading an app.
So I had the pleasure to setup my brand new Lumia 950 XL (Single SIM unlocked, CV Germany, but provider T-Mobile DE, build 10586.0) today. After the first hours of installation I was able to actually use it and really begin to like it.
But I already came across a major issue. It might be hardware related, but I assume it is software: While making a call (even tuned down to 2G only, Wifi and NFC off, no special apps installed I suppose), the connection gets quiet within a minute or so after enabling or starting with bluetooth, and the phone reboots some seconds later. I do not even need a device to be connected, the scanning for it may be sufficient. The dialog partner sometimes also reports very bad sound quality before it happens.
I can send files from BB 9700 using Bluetooth to other mobile phones, but I cant receive any file from other mobile phones. I already tried by pairing other mobile phone and cross checked settings.
I love my Motorola Finiti, but I seem to be having issues with stealth mode.According to the manual, I should get a "stealth mode" prompt when turning the feature on or off. All I hear is two quick beeps. Is there anyway to confirm if stealth mode is enabled/disabled?
Just got the new Bold 9650. Should I have the firewall enabled, and the encryption enabled? What else should I do to make sure that my phone is secure?
There is a video file (MP4. H.264,AAC) which is normally support by my iPad 2 and iPhone 4 both devices. However when I sync it with my iPad, there is no problem with it at all. The video could play on iPad normally but when i sync the same file with my iPhone on the same laptop and same iTunes database, it is not working! And iTunes pop up a notification thats tell me "the file format is not support for yout iPhone".
It is the matter because of the different iOS version? My iPad 2 is operating iOS 5.1.1 and my iPhone 4 is operating under iOS 4.3.3.
