Apr 8, 2011My mini pro refuses to make a sound (it simply vibrates) whenever a text message comes in, even though it's not on silent and I've got the volume turned up all the way.I was curious as to if this has something to do with a padlock icon that has appeared in the right hand corner of the main display, next to the reception bars. I have no idea how it got there or what it does, and I can't find any info about it

Apr 6, 2012For the last two days, I havent been able to make or receive calls because I either have no sound or static. I was chatting with AT&T online support and he tried resetting and other various options to fix it but finally advised me to take it in to a store and get a new sim card. I just did that and still, I do not have sound. I havent damaged my phone in any way, I havent dropped it or wet it....I checked to see if its still under warranty but of course, it expired. What are my options?

Feb 23, 2012I've been having, from time to time, this issue when receiving a phone call I could not hear anything. After I press the end call button, the top bar is lit green and after I slide it down, even though I click on the END button, the call seems to stay alive. I cannot receive nor send calls (getting something like "call not sent"). Is there a known problem with the S2 i9100 or I just got a problematic phone? After 10-15 minutes, the phone seems get by itself back on track: receiving calls.
