Dec 8, 2014I've been notice that my purchased ringtones not appear on the next day on my iPhone 6.
Because of that, how do I claim my money from apple for this matter?
I do not have Mac OS for iTune store to transfer the ringtone files for the next purchase.

May 16, 2012I have purchased a couple of ringtones from itunes but they are not showing up in my SettingsSoundsRingtone folder.
How does a person get them into that folder or have the iphone 4s recognize where they are so access can be gained.
Currently they can be seen in my Music app and when my phone is connected to my iMac I can see them in Devices iphone purchased area.

The normal videos and pictures dont come out good either.Anyone else have these issues? Any suggestions on how to clean the camera lens?Another issue is I had an Env2 think the vx9200 that had my ringtones and music on a memory card.I put that same card into the Dare and I can't set my sounds as a ringtone.The ones under 30 seconds I can but not the full songs like I could on the Evn. Dec 7, 2014I bought ringtones on my iPhone 6 (8.1.1) and they won't play. I went into iTunes, picked the ringtone, it asked if I wanted to assign it to a contact so I did and I thought that was it. The next day I get a call from a number I know has an assigned ringtone and it doesn't play, it plays the default. I'm wondering WTH, so I pulled up the contact and it has the name of the ringtone in the ringtone section, I click edit just to make sure it is showing right ringtone then I click on the ringtone option and it pulls up the list of ringtones but none of the ones I purchased are in there, only the pre-loaded ringtones are there (see attachments) .

Dec 1, 2014My iPhone 6 Plus is less than a 2 weeks old but since day one its speaker sounds distorted.  The ringer or alerts or even the new email alert have a popping or clangy sound to them. Is this a software issue or hardware? My phone is uptodate and Ive tried hard reboots to try to alleviate the problem but it didn't fix the problem. Should I try to restore it?Â

Aug 11, 2011i've had my BlackBerry Curve 8520 for a while, and i've had no problems with it until today. I would change my sound profile to 'Normal' and it wouldn't play the sound whenever I got a message. I went into Edit Profiles > Normal > Messages > SMS > and I would go all the way to the bottom and press Try It, but the sound wouldn't play.

I selected and downloaded a notification sound from them, (I've used this app a ton!) and set it on my phone. It worked but I got sick of it and tried to change it. It still played the original tone. So I deleted it from my phone, selected a diff tone, and now it won't play any notification sound at all when I get a text. I figured it out. I went into my text messages. Then hit the menu button, and settings... from there I chose a notification tone and then it worked.

Oct 9, 2014I just switched from an iPhone to a Galaxy S5 this past Monday. I transferred all of my music from iTunes to Google Play and have no music or files in the Galaxy music player. Yesterday, I downloaded a ringtone from Google Play but I'm unable to get the ringtone in my phones ringtone library. If I go into the Google Play player, the ringtone is there and I'm able to play it.
I have done multiple Google searches and watched YouTube videos and could not find any remedy. What I have found says to go into the Galaxy player to make a song a ringtone but all my music and the ringtone I downloaded is in Google Play and I don't know how to get the files into the Galaxy music player. There's no option to make a copy of the ringtone or file. When I go into the phones files, the ringtone is not available under downloads, music, or ringtones. I downloaded ringtone maker and I still can't get the ringtone there.
On a side note, is there any app or anything else that is recommended to get ringtones? I really like this phone but this issue does make me miss iTunes since I could easily download a ringtone and it would show up in my sound choices for ringtones.
BB Storm :: Ringtones Does Not Play At All - No Sound Alerts
Jan 22, 2011My Storm had been working fine and I didn't change any settings. Suddenly even though I had the phone set to silent if a call came in the ringtone would play. This had never happened before. Now the ringtone doesn't play at all and none of the other alerts sound at all. If I try and test them they either do not play or I get an error stating it is invalid. If I get a voicemail I'll get a weird beep but that is about it.

Jun 23, 2012My iphone 4s has been updated to the iOS 5.1.1. Since then it will not play music or give a text message alert sound. We have restored the phone, we have toggled the mute switch, and we have rebooted using the home button and power down and nothing has worked. The volume does not adjust, there is no sound bar when pressing the sound control buttons along the side of the phone. When double tapping the home button on lock screen there is no sound bar. It will ring on incoming calls and the Speaker phone does work while in call. All of the volume controls will work correctly when the headphones are in music plays, text tone works, video sound works but as soon as they are removed it reverts back.

Feb 24, 2010I have an iPhone 3G that had a defective dock connector port. I replaced the whole assembly (including mic+antenna) and now I have no sound (ringers, keyboard, etc) on my device. I checked the switch (orange dot) and I've performed a soft reset and a complete restore, with no luck.
If I plug in headphones, I hear everything fine through the headphones themselves. Unplugged, back to no sound.
Ideas and suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Also, if there might be another part that can use replacement, please let me know.
