I would like to have weather information displayed in my notification panel, but I cannot find the setting/switch to turn it on. On my friends' iPhone 5s and iPhone 5 devices, it displays as normal just below the date, and when one friend activated her newly purchased iPhone 5s, she was asked if she would like the information to be displayed..

Galaxy S6 :: Samsung Phone 4x1 Weather / Clock Widget And Weather Not Working / Updating
Jul 21, 2015I have an s6 and the factory installed 4x1 clock/weather app no longer works. The clock still keeps time, but the weather icon on the right hand side does not show the current weather, will not update, nor will it allow me to touch the widget and enter into the settings/different cities. It was working fine up until about a week ago. I've tried restarting my phone and removing/re-positioning the widget, but no luck. It can't be uninstalled as it came with OS.

Mar 29, 2012We both have Iphone 4 with IOS 5.1. Noticed this issue after upgrade to latest IOS. In the weather app you can select cities that you want to follow weather-wise. I had around 10 cities selected. My wife had some other number. In any case I noticed one day that I only had 3 cities. Long story short I ran some tests and using either phone adding/deleting cities on one phone causes a sync to the other phone.

Jun 16, 2010Basically, I can't change my messaging centre name or number, can't delete it, can't change it, can't make a new messaging centre "profile". I have:
Restored the factory settings.Contacted my network.When contacting my network (o2), I was told to try resetting the factory settings and if this didn't work, try the sim card in a different (unlocked) phone to see if I could send text messages. After trying it in my old phone I found I could send messages, so I called my network back and was told to contact Nokia.
When trying to change the messaging centre (Even with NO sim card in the phone) I get the following error message:
"Unable to change setting. Value read from SIM card".

Jan 19, 2010I have a unlocked N97. Everything is working fine except 2 things that i am having problems with:
1- I have added my WLAN home network in the Internet destination. Also a normal MMS connection for Multimedia Services and my GPRS connection in the WAP Services. I have set the default connection to Internet but still when I open applications like weather or browser, it doesn't connect to WLAN (It's availaible and use is set to Auto, other access points are selected to after confirmation) and it asks for connecting to WAP connection or not.
2- I can't send any text messages and I want to change my message centre. but when I go to Messages > Options > Settings > Message Centres > Options it has nothing as "Add message centre" so I can add a new message centre for sending text messages. what should I do?
Any help is greatly appreciated.
Nokia :: PC Suite Causing Function Loss With Wmp11 And Win Media Centre
Feb 21, 2010 I have installed the latest version of PC Suite and the Upgrade Program. It links correctly with my 5800 Express Music Phone and updated the Firmware succesfully. However I can no longer play MP4 videos on Windows Media Player 11 or Windows Media Centre. I did not tick any of the association boxes when installing the software. Only the playback of MP4 files is affected. I was able to transfer a Video to the Phone. I have tried re-associated mp4 files back to wmp but still no luck. I have ended up uninstalling the Suite and doing a System Restore to get back functionality.
I liked the Suite very much but if it causes problems with my Media Centre and wmp there is no use installing it. I would very much appreciate any suggestions on how to sort out this problem and what may be causing it. OS is Windows Vista Home Premium 64 bit version. I am connecting the phone via the USB Cable.

Jun 27, 2011I am having a problem with not all appointments in my google calendar synching into my Droid. I have two google accounts. One I have set to synch contacts, calendar and gmail. The other I have set to just synch the gmail. I have resynched from the settings/accounts & sync and this did not help. I did a factory reset, that still did not help, there are no events at all now.

Apr 15, 2012I am noticing this issue from the past couple of weeks and probably after the last update. When I open the calendar Icon, the dates do not load on the phone. It just doesnt show any dates?
Also if a reminder is past, it shows a past reminder and the reminder also doesnt open up.
Whenever I do the hard re-boot i.e keep the power button pressed till it vibrates three times and shuts and re-starts, then initially the calendar shows the dates, but again after sometime if I have to open the calendar, it doesnt show the dates at all, and goes back to the same issue.
