Nov 3, 2012I am using Bold 9780 and just last week my lcd broke, after replacing the lcd am having this error due to which my phone accepts the sim but is'nt able to connect to the service provider, inturn after 'Searching Network' for a while it shows 'No Service'. On the other hand the wifi is'nt showing any routers nor the bluetooth even though i have kept it on 'Discoverable' . I did a complete wipe and installed 6.0.0.254 but still the problems not solved, and if i try to regitser the sim, A message pops which reads 'Supplementaty Service Error: General Error

I'm trying to make it work through iTunes but I get error 1601. He used something called Red Snow, if that helps. I'm absolutely sick right now. I never once wanted this thing jailbroken, nevermind absolutely broken. Especially by an Apple employee.

IPhone 3GS :: Restarting / Service And WiFi Dropping
Jun 26, 2014my iPhone (iOS 4.1) has been running sluggishly, freezing for a couple of seconds after trying to press the home button (from locked), to random freezes on the dashboard etc., most of the time after a couple of seconds it unfroze. The phone was dropped several times (always had a sturdy cover) but always worked fine. About 2 weeks ago it started to get worse, phone kept randomly restarting, loosing service and wifi and then reconnecting again. I scoured the internet for possible clues and in the end ordered a new battery which I installed successfully. Also reset the device as new and installed the latest iOS 6.1.6?. No problem with freezing/being sluggish anymore but the service/reception and wifi keep dropping. Sometimes it is random. Sometimes it happens right after I slide to unlock the phone. The connection can hold from several minutes to an hour or so before dropping to a bar and then no service (wifi disappears as well), after a while it comes back on. I have asked for another replacement battery (in-case this one was faulty) and will see where that will get me. (also when it is charging now it has the occasional random restart, not very often but sometimes)

Mar 3, 2010I have an HTC Ozone that I flashed from WM6.1 to WM6.5 using the official ROM that was released.Before I flashed to WM6.5, I had put PHM RegEdit on my Ozone, and did the DISABLE SMS SENT MESSAGE mod.After I flashed to 6.5, the Message Sent Notification popped up after I sent a text, so I went back in with PHM, and low and behold, the mod is still the same. I tried changing it back to 0 (Default), and instead of just keeping it on, it started popping up 2 Message Sent Notifications. So, I tried setting it to 2, and nothing, just the regular Notification. And now it's set at 1, which is supposed to turn it off, but it keeps popping up.
Did I eff up something in the registry when I flashed to 6.5? Is there some way to fix this so I can turn off the stupid notification? Or will this hack not work with 6.5?

Nov 29, 2012I have a new installation of Windows 7 on a new computer and am having a difficult time connecting to my phone by either USB or by Bluetooth FTP Service. It appears that I can connect correctly to the Bluetooth Audio Services, but as I cannot get any music onto my phone I am having a hard time testing it.On Bluetooth installation I had two devices that were not installed correctly. Through trial and error I discovered that these two devices are related to the Generic Access Service and the Generic Attributes Service, both of which I have disabled on my Win7 Bluetooth phone properties.
I HAVE installed Motorola Device Manager with no success resolving. In fact, I cannot see where MDM is even accessible on my system: no system tray icon, no start menu link, etc.I'm new to the forum so I'm not sure if my image upload will work correctly, but in essence the phone Operation Panel in Win7 shows the FTP Service as active but clicking the Browse button does nothing. I do get a prompt on my phone initially asking for permision for my computer to access the phone, but then nothing.
