IPhone :: Check Songs On Work Computer With It?
Apr 18, 2012I have my iPhone synced with my home computer and I play the songs on my work computer. No transfering, just plug in and play on iTunes. Here is where I am having issues, when I start playing a playlist, if the song is not checked it will skip it (or in the case of some playlists none are checked and it will only play the one I double click). How can I check other songs to be played? Although I click the little box to get a check mark while at work - they never appear.

IPhone :: All Apps Suddenly Disappeared When Trying To Check Weather
May 4, 2012Yesterday while listening to a podcast, I decided to check the weather. I clicked the home button and scrolled over to where the app is, and to my horror, all my apps were gone. I have ios5, but not the most recent update. When I check system storage in settings it shows that there is space being taken up by the apps, but there is nothing showing in the app count that shows up on that screen. I tried doing a hard reboot, I tried downloading a new app to see if it would bring them back and nothing works. I even tried enabling restrictions and disabling restrictions as well and no luck. I think I have a backup from a couple of weeks ago, but if I have to go that route, won't it erase my current text messages and pics? I'm wondering if I create a backup of the phone in its current state if that would reload the apps when I restore from this backup. This is not a jailbroken phone.

May 20, 2010i finally got myself a macbook pro and i love it! anyway to get to my question. my iphone was synced with my pc so all my apps contacts and music are all on my pc, but now i've got my macbook i want to start syncing it with that instead. i see a way to do it on Internet were you move the itunes music library.xml and the itunes music library files from one to the other (old pc to new pc/old mac to new mac) so that the phone thinks its syncing to the same computer iirc? but i don't think it works from pc to mac? because the itunes music library file on the pc is a .itl file but on the mac it isn't? i've tried changing the file name to just itunes music library (instead of itunes music library.itl) but it doesn't work? so i just wanted to know if there was a way of doing it?

Jun 7, 2012I need to back up my apps from my iPhone. I have some new apps that are not yet in iTunes. [I have just backed up the phone]
So far when I try to sync the iPhone apps, I am warned that the apps and data in the phone will be replaced by what's in iTunes.
I can not find how to save my apps or transfer my new apps to IiTunes without the in-phone apps being destroyed. Help files are letting me down.
How should I do this? I want to put the latest iPhone update in my phone and I won't do that before I have safely saved or dupe'd the new apps into iTunes.
