How can I make an all day event remind me the evening before. The only reminder options are 9:00 the day of (which is too late) or 9:00 the day before (which gives you a whole day to forget about it). Why can I not select when I want a reminder? I have tried both alert tab in the event itself, and the default alert setting under settings/mail, contacts, calendars/default alert times.

Today I noticed an issue with my Reminder app on my IPhone 5s. Using OS 7.1.2. I called Apple, and the tech didn't know what he was doing and just trying different things.The reminder app will not let me set a date and time for reminder. Finally, senior advisor insisted the Reminder App was updated with the new update of IOS September/October 2013. Not true, the issue just started about 5 days ago August 31,2014. Now there is an additional reminder line for reminder entries that I have to use and have to transfer all my reminders manually from the other part of the app. The feature does exist; if I try to set a date and time for the reminder it appears for 1-2 seconds and then disappears.

With Calendar, when creating an event, it is possible to customise the time of the alarm. I like to have them all at 6am when I wake up, and that's easy done if I have my computer. But when creating an event fron the iPhone, you only have a few choices of time for an alarm, such as "1hour before the event" or "the day before", that doesn't really suit me.

This is far too short so I went to Calendar, Options, General Options and under Actions set the Default Reminder to 15 min and saved the change.When a reminder pops up the snooze time is still 5 minutes despite the change I made. Does anyone know why iPhones do not automatically change it's he phones time when crossing over province borders etc? I have heard this from multiple people now and it's bugging the **** out of me. I have my iPhone settings to auto adjust time and it doesn't work or won't change the time until I restart my phone or disable then re enable auto time update.
