Jun 27, 2014I have a new email so I changed my iTunes id. Now I cannot get into the app store on my iPhone 4S because it still is trying to find a password associated with my old email.Â
How can I change the email?  I have done it on the computer, but for some reason it is not affecting my phone.

Apr 24, 2012I set up my user Id on my Iphone 2 years ago but 12 months ago I changed ISP and I cannot change the old user ID on my Iphone to my new email address and cannot remember the old password. I have tried Settings>Store but only the new email address appears. If I try updates on my apps it asks for my old Id password and that is where I get stuck, If I go to appleid.apple com it also only tells me that I have only the new user ID. This problem seems to be within the Iphone software, do I have to do a backup and restore to factory defaults and if so are there any problems I may incur?

Change Apple ID For New User On IPhone 4s?
Jun 1, 2014We are giving my husband's iphone 4s to our daugther and need to erase everything but my husband's apple id is only showing his old email address. Even if we reset the password it still shows the old email address and he can't remember the apple ID for this. How do we reset and then switch the phone to a new apple ID for my daughter linked to her email address?

I register the account under the country of Malaysia, unfortunately there are applications that were not available to me because of that. May 27, 2012I have struggled over this for days. I recently lost the internet provider on my old internet account which was my old Apple ID. I successfully changed my Apple ID in ITunes to a new permanent email address. I cannot change the settings on the App store or ICloud. The suggested solutions for this problem have not worked for me because there is no option for changing the old Apple ID. When you tap on it, it does not change. I have tried signing in with the Old Apple ID (the old email account) and it doesn't work either. I have synced my phone (and lost my contacts in the process but that was an entirely different headache!) to no avail.
Some of the solutions stated that I should go to the store and tap on the Apple ID and it would allow me to change...no such luck. Also when I tried Iforgot, it would only let me change my password which is not really any help because the problem is the Apple Id.
