What causes my WX345 User Profiles setting to change from "Outdoor" to "Headset"? This prevents any conversation since the person I'm calling cannot hear me. Then, after some time, the profile will reset to "Outdoor". This happened for the first time yesterday (3/9/12), but I can't be sure when I can use the phone.

View 2 Replies View RelatedI got this Nokia 500XM phone and when I want to change the ringtone in the profiles it takes ages and just has the scroling bar with opening at the top. I have found a cumbersome work around and that is to take out the memory card but then that just mean I have to stick with the pre-installed ones or copy the selected mp3 file to the phone memory. Is there any way to cut down this wait when I have the memory card inserted? - I wonder if I have added all my mp3 songs to the right folder on the memory card I think I put them in the Music (E: 8gb memory) folder on the memory card I wonder if this is whats causing the problem should they be in another folder? its an 8gb card with 3404mb (3.4gb) and 325 songs or more.

When I'm driving I use the 5230 as a music player, and it is very frustrating that it locks in the same way as it does when it is in my pocket.I always have the 5230 plugged in / charging to an in-car charger when I'm in the car, so having the screen permanently lit would be good.I can't see a way of making the screensaver / keyguard change depending on profiles. Perhaps there is an app that does it?

How can I change the email?  I have done it on the computer, but for some reason it is not affecting my phone.
I set up my user Id on my Iphone 2 years ago but 12 months ago I changed ISP and I cannot change the old user ID on my Iphone to my new email address and cannot remember the old password. I have tried Settings>Store but only the new email address appears. If I try updates on my apps it asks for my old Id password and that is where I get stuck, If I go to appleid.apple com it also only tells me that I have only the new user ID. This problem seems to be within the Iphone software, do I have to do a backup and restore to factory defaults and if so are there any problems I may incur?

I can't select the bike when designing a workout in the portal, and the only way to change the bike on the device is to change the default bike in the settings prior to starting the workout. Seems like it would be simple to just tap the bike profile and switch to a different bike before you hit the start workout button.
View 4 Replies View RelatedWhen my Bionic connects to my car's audio system, it utilizes both the Phone and Media profiles (as found on the "Connect to..." screen). As such, I can use the phone handsfree (which is great, of course) and the phone can stream music to my car's audio system (which is OK, but not something I really use).Problem is, if I use Google Maps for driving directions or Trapster, I cannot hear any of the phone's output unless I leave my audio system on bluetooth. That means I cannot listen to the radio/CD, etc.The "Connect to..."screen shows checkboxes for the two active profiles. Yet, when I deselect the Media profile, it shows as deselected for a second or so and then automatically reselects itself.So, it appears that there is no way to force the phone to stick only to the Phone profile and ignore the fact that the car supports other profiles.
