Why do I have to always remember to sign in and sing out of the Store in order not to confuse the Apple Server? Next up for me is an Andriod. If I cannot have Apple smoothness and ease, I will not pay Apple prices.

She tried calling Apple, but they wanted to charge her for a phone call. She tried emailing them, but the response she got did not help her situation and the rep said it was outside of her area of expertise and that was all the help she gave.

Also I saw i had a missed FaceTime call and for some reason it needed my Apple ID password but I'm always in there and it never needs my password. So I type my password...... It doesn't work i do it again it doesn't work! So I reset my password, I type it.
