I moved already from Dubai to US and tried to chang my country in Apple Store.I am using my credit card- which has been issued by UAE not US-. I tried many times but can not change my country..
I have moved to the US and want to change my account to the US. It says that my apple ID is only valid for purchases in the UK. How do I change this? I have changed the flag at the bottom of the itunes store, but that hasn't helped.
I have struggled over this for days. I recently lost the internet provider on my old internet account which was my old Apple ID. I successfully changed my Apple ID in ITunes to a new permanent email address. I cannot change the settings on the App store or ICloud. The suggested solutions for this problem have not worked for me because there is no option for changing the old Apple ID. When you tap on it, it does not change. I have tried signing in with the Old Apple ID (the old email account) and it doesn't work either. I have synced my phone (and lost my contacts in the process but that was an entirely different headache!) to no avail.
Some of the solutions stated that I should go to the store and tap on the Apple ID and it would allow me to change...no such luck. Also when I tried Iforgot, it would only let me change my password which is not really any help because the problem is the Apple Id.
I want to buy apps online, but my credit card is from outside of ireland. If I change my location to the country my creditcard is from and buy the apps I want, my phone will not download them as they are from another 'store'. I cant seem to change the store that my phone buys apps from either. I wanted to try and buy a gift certificate instead, but I can't seem to do that either without a credit card in ireland, which I don't have.
Can any of you experts out there teach me how to change my itunes account to another country? I register the account under the country of Malaysia, unfortunately there are applications that were not available to me because of that. Friends told me that I can change it easily in the profile section but it is not (or maybe I dont know how). It will verify my credit card info and say something like "Credit card invalid in that country" or something like that.

My daughter recently used my iPhone 4 to purchase apps. She changed the Apple ID but now I cannot change it back to mine. On Settings>Store, the ID is mine. I logged out, switched off the phone, logged in but when I go to App to update and purchase, the ID is still my daughter's. I need to change my Apple ID in the App Store. I have it changed in SETTINGS>STORE. But when I go into the App store to buy or update anything my old e-mail address shows up for me to sign in with and it won't accept the password! Everyone keeps telling me to go into Settings>Store and that didn't work.

How do I setup my son's Iphone 3gs to hit my apple itunes store acct when he needs to buy music? My itunes identity, and apple store identity, on the comuter lists my new email adress. However, even after syncing, the iphone lists my username as my old email address. How do I get the iphone to use my new email for itunes and apple identity?

I got hacked via pressed on a link in my mail from Apple. They said that i had to change my password and got tricked on 52$.
The problem is that i cant change credit card number (because its not mine or working..) my credit card is registered in Sweden and the hacker changed region and country to USA. So I cant change country to Sweden because i dont have the right payment and billing information. And i cant change my credit card because my credit card is registered in Sweden!
Anyone have similar experience? I preordered 2 16GB Blacks on @ 5:15am yesterday. I received email confirmation on both Apple IDs I used, however, my store (Oak Brook, IL) does not show my reservation on the main website, but does confirm my reservation on the iPhone App? Is this sufficient backup to secure my phone on the 24th?
I made a purchase for a black bumper and paid $31.60 but when I go to the Apple.com website to check the status of my refund its shows "There is no record of a refund for the receipt number you entered." I tried entering my receipt number plus last 4 of card and I also tried just entering the full CC number as well and get that response for both.
Just wanting to know if anyone has possibly experienced before, wanted to to see if any Macforum members have had this issue and what was the resolution to your issue? Should I just call Apple? Are they giving refunds in store if you take in your receipt?
