IPhone :: Cannot Eliminate Out-of-date Emails On 4s
Jun 25, 2012
This is a bug. Control of your email address list has been one of the most basic, non-negotiable features since the invention of email. Generally, I've been an Apple fan since the 1980s, but ths is a bug, and it diminishes the quality of the iPhone significantly.
I have an X6 16GB, which I turn off at night when I go to bed, about once a week I switch it on in the morning and the date hasn't changed from the previous day. The same problem occurs whether I have automatic time update on or off. Also once or twice a week it will download emails with the date 01/01/2000 instead of todays date. I can log into my emails via Outlook Express on my p.c and the date will be correct there.I have software version v20 installed, the same problems still occurred on the previous firmware as well.Any help greatfully received
After merging to a new email system my Curve has jumbled up all emails with no order by date. I can't find anywhere in the instructions or the machine to select viewing emails by date, newest first.
My old email address keeps coming up as my apple ID. I have changed it numerous times and it seems to be locked and I am unable to access anything that requires a applie ID. How do I get the old email address deleted which does not allow me to even change a password?
With this new design for the iPhone, there is no more chrome bezel around the screen, I cant really tell from pictures how the glass is sandwiched within the steel band, but I know I'm hoping this eliminates the issue where the screen would sit below the bezel, revealing its sharp edge. Being someone who had their 3g swapped for this reason, some may think I'm nitpicking, but has this crossed anyone else's mind when seeing this new design?
I made the mistake of installing the Dashclock widget on my HTC One. It does not do what I want it to and therefore I don't need it. Unfortunately, it continues to run a process even though I don't utilize it on any of my screens. There is no "App" to uninstall, and when I try to delete the widget from the list of available widgets, How to do this?
Right from day 1 the display date of my E52 does not update and reflect correct the correct date. Got the phone replaced once still the same issue. Called the customer service and they say there is no such problem with E52. They asked me to go to the repair center...(isnt that ridiculous to ask a customer of a new phone to do so?). I went to the repair center with a hope that they will replace it for me but all in vain. They also gave me a ridiculous answer that Nokia does not have a replacement policy...and I was like so is it Nokia's policy to sell broken and faulty mobiles? I was utterly dejected. The electronic store where I bought also refuse to replace because they think there is a problem and no matter I get it changed it will recur. I still do not have a solution as all my ways of getting this problem resolved are exhausted. Anyone has a solution or came across this issue which can be solved without repairing?
Got this Q9c subscribed to Verizon (Alltel Plan). I want to do a couple of things but can't get anyone to show me how or point me in the right direction.
I want to:
1) eliminate the on/off sound and change it to vibrate 2) set up the apps (icons) I use the most in the first screen when the start key is pressed 3) set up a way to move data to the sd card and be able to see it quickly in the first screen selected after pressing the start key
when I open my browser (explorer) on my smsung Galaxy S5; I receive an advertisement that I won lucky tickets. I can only accept this as there is no other way to keep navigation. but this is reccurrently coming back.
Like many of us, I have experienced the problem of noise from the headphone port of my Bionic. This was prevalent no matter what I was listening too (music, podcast, phone call, etc), and was most noticeable when in the car, plugged into the aux jack of my stereo.
A friend suggested getting a ground loop isolator, and I found one on Amazon for around $12 with free shipping. It arrived on Friday, and let me tell you, THE DIFFERENCE IS AMAZING! All the noise is gone, and my music sounds significantly better. No more hiss or noise. I didn't realize how much I had gotten used to it being there.
I discovered my IPhone date was changed to year 2555. I can't change it back to 2012. The year was grey out and the closest year i could change is 2513 How to I reset all these while still keeping all of current downloaded file and settings
The site went down on attt and I got a message: You can take advantage of our no-commitment pricing option, with the exception of iPhone which requires a 2-year commitment. Additional discounts may be available on 03/19/2011. This is bull crap! Check your upgrade options. I was eligible now and now i am not.
How does the app pick which messages to put the date and time above? I know it will if it is the first message to or from that person in a while, but it will do it in the middle of a conversation sometimes
I did a search (MRoogle) but I couldn't find anything that a solution/answer, just discussion. Is there a JB app out there that can add a date/time stamp feature to the built-in SMS app?
In my videos galary I see videos sorted in alphabetic order by default. How can I sort them by thier creation date / date on which they were added. Did lot of googling but isn't finding any convincing pointer.
I am begenning to feel that it is perhaps not possible only in iPhone .... how dumb would that be if true. iPhone desiners are acting too oversmart.
