Jun 23, 2012I purchased iphone4 last year from authorized Apple reseller in Vietnam.As of last Friday It started very strange problem - sudden stop as mid-conversation the other side stop hearing me.It should be noted that I tried to put the speaker, connect headphones, connect headset Bluetooth earphones and nothing worked - still they have not heard me.More mention - when I talk through other applications (Bphobe, Skype and so on) or when I'm recording myself in "voice memo" or using voice commands -the microphone works fine and without any problem!

May 14, 2012So i recently updated the phone to 5.1.1 (around tuesday). my last call was on sunday. after this update my microphone isn't working anymore. No one can hear my voice. Video works. Siri recognizes a little bit of noise when I blow in the left hole on the bottom. memo works when I shout at the left hole (you can hear your voice but not that much). so it's not a hardware problem. haven't dropped it or something. in fact the 4s stood the days between the call, the update and the second call in it's stand.
