Someone called me earlier today and they kept saying hello and so did I but he couldn't hear me and siri is acting like it can't hear me either. I don't know what's going on!

View 5 Replies View RelatedI have nokia 5800 with latest firm ware v40, when i do call to somebody, i can hear the sound, but on the another side, cant hear me speak, he/she said my voice so slowly. i think in the first time is network problem, but change mobile phone, its okay.... so i think the problem is my nokia 5800, when i test with recorder application, i found that its very slowly, i try with the same voice and same volume with another phone, its good, so i think i have problem with my nokia 5800, especially with microphone. can somebody help me what to do? should replace firmware ? or this is hardware damage?

I purchased iphone4 last year from authorized Apple reseller in Vietnam.As of last Friday It started very strange problem - sudden stop as mid-conversation the other side stop hearing me.It should be noted that I tried to put the speaker, connect headphones, connect headset Bluetooth earphones and nothing worked - still they have not heard me.More mention - when I talk through other applications (Bphobe, Skype and so on) or when I'm recording myself in "voice memo" or using voice commands -the microphone works fine and without any problem!

I am using the 950XL at my work and love it. Recently I bought a USB Microphone (Rode Podcaster). It works really well while using it to record voice-interviews with the audio recorder..but while shooting video the phone uses the internal mic instead of the external!?
Microsoft Sweden tells me the video-app does not support external microphones and do not have any solution getting around the problem.
This just can't be right?! Why having a high-end phone with a beautiful camera and USB OTG and do not letting it to support external microphones in video???? In situations like this I actually feel a bit stupid not going for an iPhone.
Have Microsoft simply forgotten to unlock something in the code for the video-app? It just don't make any sense.
The headphones work on my iphone, but I can't hear out of the normal speakers. Have tried cleaning the headphone jack, port, turned off and on..

Voice search (the app you get to by holding search) and Soundhound give me errors every time I try to use them with the vehicle dock connected. If I disconnect the vehicle dock, they work again, and as soon as I reconnect it they quit working.
Strangely enough, the app "Text by Voice" seems to be unaffected.
I do not hear a dial tone and not hear the voice of the person I'm talking about.

I disconnected the head phones and used the phone directly and also using the speaker, but I still could not be heard.
